Dirty and broken

Condo is up 5 flights of stairs. Every inch of floor covered in sand, every surface is damaged and scuffed up. Couch is broken and dangerous, giant flood damage hole in kitchen cealing is covered with a metal grate but not repaired. Moldy shower curtains, broken decor and wall socket covers. No toilet paper or towel holders in the bathrooms. Ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. Garage and closets are filled with construction debris. Paint and chemicals are stored in a lower kitchen cabinet with no lock to keep children out. Should not be rented out as it is.

Family vacation

Townhouse was nice. Need of some repairs, but overall decent. Disappointed a bit in the communication. I had to contact a couple of times, a week before our arrival, to confirm. No communication after our stay. There are several flights of stairs before you get to the living area. Overall the stay was pleasant. Just minor inconveniences.

Great stay in OCMD!

Our stay in Broad Marsh A was fantastic! The home is large enough to accommodate large groups very comfortably, the outdoor space is lovely, and the location is perfect. Beautiful sunset views from the master bedroom balcony! Be aware there are several stairs to get up in to the unit, you get your workout in for sure! The home could have been a little cooler, the upstairs bedrooms were very warm even though we followed the instructions for the a/c unit. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay in Broad Marsh A again!

Glad you had a good time! We have discussed the A/C with the maintenance man for a better solution to cool the Upper bedroom floor. Those 100 degree days are tough to cool down. Look forward to seeing you again soon!

We arrived to a clean, well maintained townhome for a weekend trip. Everything was as promised and we had a very enjoyable stay. Dawn was awesome to work with and any question I had was answered in a timely and professional manner. If we are in town in OCMD again, we know where we are going to stay.
