The condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, den/dining area, kitchen & washer/dryer. A balcony overlooks beautiful sights of Myrtle Beach and Ocean. The Master Bedroom features King size bed with full bathroom. Second Bedroom features two Queen size beds and a full bathroom. Each bedroom and den are equipped with Smart TVs. Our family had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly family-friendly. The location couldn’t have been better, we were just minutes from the beach, family attractions, amusement parks, and so many great restaurants, which made everything so convenient.The host was wonderful! Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked until checkout. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Very cozy apartment. Both bedrooms were very nice. Kids got addicted to the pool and hot tub.The apartment is also right next door to family Kingdom amusement Park so it was great to be able to just walk over and enjoy the rides when we weren't at the beach (which is right across).There are also a ton of restaurants all within 5 minutes walk.

What an amazing place to stay! Host was beyond hospitable, convenient to almost everything and everywhere! No where we wanted to go was more the 25 mins! Everything was clean and ready to go in the room and exceptionally clean! Couldn’t ask for a better experience for my wife and two boys! Safety was top notch and so accommodating not to mention the building maintenance kept it so clean and tidy! 10/10 and will be definitely returning with more of my family! Amazing stay for your family! Thank you to our exceptional host! Absolutely top notch!

We stayed 6 nights here. It was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed. Dishes, utensils, washer, dryer, stove and all the things. Has a beautiful view of downtown and of the beach. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. My 2 year old loved the smaller pool as it was perfect size for him. The host, Jodi, was awesome with communication. Everything was within walking distance. The building itself was nice and quiet. We had no disturbance. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and in the future when we come to Myrtle we will definitely be looking to stay here!

Clean, comfortable, and just one block from the beach. Great location, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Host was polite, accommodating, and communicative. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Nice location, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was within walking distance of the Boardwalk but out of the hustle and bustle. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful apartment and great host

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and great communication with the host. The apartment is very close to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient with everything you need. The host is also super nice and thoughtful. We loved our stay here!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We have two small boys, so we had to move a lot of the decorations around so they wouldn’t break them. The location was great. The furniture and decor was a bit outdated but not a problem for us. Would definitely stay again

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, very clean, great view of the Family Fun Park. Washer and dryer were so helpful! The boogie boards/beach umbrella/cooler and sand toys were a wonderful surprise to find! The outdoor pool was also very nice! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Also, the host was super helpful with any questions we had!

Just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach!

Excellent facility with full time residents and renters, all respectful of each other for sharing of the facility, noise at night, and access to the elevator for all requirements. Literally a short street away from the entrance to the boardwalk area beach. Nearby variety of restaurants, take out (Mr Fry - pizza!!) , grocery (Food Lion & Dirty Jimmy’s!), and attractions for the family!

This place was great for our family reunion.

What you see is what you get. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved that it was so close to everything walking distance to beach shops, and restaurants. The night view from the balcony was amazing. It does need some up grades on appliances but loved the retro look. All in All we loved this little place and will try and stay here our next visit. Thank you.

Family vacation

Beautiful condo!! This was our first time in Myrtle beach, and we fell in love!! There was a few hiccups our first night but our host Jodi took care of it very quickly. Shes such a sweetheart. Very easy to get ahold of her if needed. We will definitely stay there again next time. The condo was conveniently located near everything. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach which was great! Thanks again Jodi for being a wonderful host!!

My husband and I have 3 adult sons and 5 adorable grandchildren. We value family so much and have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent together in Myrtle Beach!

Why they chose this property

This property is very special to me. My mother bought the condo many years ago, and it quickly became our home away from home! We used to say when we made that turn headed to the condo, we could feel stress being lifted off our shoulders! It is such a place of refreshment for us. The condo has been completely updated, and now we are wanting to share this special place with others hoping they, too, can find an oasis of rest and relaxation!

What makes this property unique

It's home away from home! Why stay in one motel room when you can stay in a smaller version of home? Two full bedrooms with own bathrooms provide space to spread out. It also has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and washer and dryer. It's location is top notch. Close to most everything, yet tucked away just enough to feel the privacy.

Our grandchildren love to go with us and bring along their Nintendo Switch systems. There are 3 smart televisions in condo as well as free wifi. After a fun day on the beach or at the pool, relax and enjoy the extra space. We love it and hope you do too!

Also, it's great to take advantage of grilling dinner by the poolside. We love to let our grandchildren play in the pool, while one of us watches them, and the other grills our food. There is a beautiful gazebo outside by the pool to relax and tables outside to eat.

Our condo is also the perfect place to be each Wednesday evening for the firework show. You can see them from our balcony or even while in the pool. It's a great advantage to our location.
