Very nice 100m2 detached house renovated in 2019, located in a very quiet housing estate, 5 minutes (on foot) from the large beach and 20 meters from the Salses pond (possibility of swimming). Perfect for lovers of windsurfing! storage of boards and sails possible in the garage
