We can look every day at the clear (where we refine the oysters) and the sea from the kitchen, the living room, or the steps, we never get tired, the changing light makes it a landscape regularly renewed.

If the house is not available the rest of the year, it is because we always enjoy staying there too and we are keen to maintain it regularly so that it is pleasant.

Because there is no good vacation without a good night we have treated the insulation of the rooms and replaced all the bedding. Each bed has 2 pillows, a blanket, a duvet. Each room is equipped with blackout shutters and curtains, you can make the dark completely or let the light filter in. Upon arrival the beds are made.

As we meet there as a family and like to have everything on hand, the house is very well equipped.

As on vacation you don't spend your time doing the dishes (even in the machine), there are many.

As we have daughters there are hair dryers and mirrors.

As we are all more and more connected, there are sockets everywhere, but high to protect the little ones. As the network is not always at the top there is free WiFi and satellite TV.

As we are music lovers there is a good HiFi system and a piano, please take care of it.

The house was built in 1976 by my grandfather, a teacher passionate about sailing. He did everything himself, the shell, the fireplace, the furniture, the models, ...
The whole family spent most of the holidays there.

We gave it a second life after a very large restoration project in 2013 but have kept some of the layout, furniture and initial decoration. First fitted out for our family, we put it at your disposal in season with a personalized decoration, each room having its theme related to sailing: Soleil Royal, Danmark, Pen Duick. . . it's up to you to discover the link.

As you will have understood: we love our house and we like to share it with families, small or large tribes, groups of friends, as much as with smaller committees.

In this spirit, we practice reasonable pricing by offering you the comfort of a real house, the calm of a large garden, the pleasure of a sea view, real beds for 11 people (no sleeping in sofas with us) for less than a mobile home for 8 people. . . Up to you !

Arriving in Abritel on 13/03/2017, we rent our family house since 2013 on the dates when we do not occupy it. Our main objective is to balance the taxes and to make live this family house rather than leave it closed. We will do our best to make you feel good and have a very good stay on this pretty island.

Why they chose this property

The house was built in 1976 by my grandfather, a teacher passionate of sailing. He builted all himself, walls, fireplace, furniture, the ship models, ... The whole family spent most of the holidays there.

We gave it a second life after a very large restoration project in 2013 but retained some of the furnishings and initial decoration. Firstly arranged for our family, we put it at your disposal in season with a personalized decoration, each room having its theme related to the sailing: Soleil Royal, Danmark, Pen Duick. . . It is up to you to discover the link.

What makes this property unique

You can see the light and the sea every day from the kitchen, the living room, or the porch, you never get tired of it, the changing light makes it a regularly renewed landscape. If it is not available the rest of the year it is that we always enjoy staying there too and we are at heart to maintain it regularly so that it is pleasant.

Because there is no good holiday without good night we treated the noise insulation of the rooms and replaced all the bedding.

As we find ourselves in family and like to have everything on hand the house is very well equipped.
Since you do not spend your time washing dishes (even in a machine) on vacation, there are many.
As we have girls there are hairdryers and mirrors.
As we are all more and more connected, there are plugs everywhere, but high up to protect the little ones. As the network is not always on top there is free WiFi and satellite TV.
As we are music lovers there is a good HiFi and a piano, thank you for taking care of it.
