Beachfront Condo With Balcony/Partial Ocean View - Special Summer/Fall Pricing
This beautifully furnished and fully equipped condo is right on the beach in the most sought-after stretch of ocean in Surfside Florida. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, including the world famous Bal Harbour Shops. Apartment includes a full size retractable Murphy bed for extra guests. Available for monthly or seasonal rental (two month minimum). Utilities and internet are included. Please note that this rental requires that a separate rental agreement be signed by owner and tenant after a booking request is accepted. Bookings are tentative until the rental agreement is fully executed and may be withdrawn prior to full approval by the Homeowner's Association. Special note: There is construction work occurring in the building which can be heard throughout the building and may continue throughout the entire stay.
