The Decoplage Condominium sits at the intersection of Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue on the Atlantic Ocean in South Beach, Florida. It is strategically located between the Ritz Carlton and The Loews Hotel in the heart of everything that makes South Beach a world famous destination - often referred to as “America’s Riviera!” Within minutes you can walk to our amazing beach or stroll to some of the finest restaurants and best nightlife in the world. We truly believe the Decoplage to have the best address in South Florida and we’d love for you to join us!

Our condo is beautifully decorated. The studio is located on the 5th floor facing south with tremendous natural lighting and a view of the city. The building has tight security with personnel manning the front desk in the lobby and a security guard 24/7. The rental comes with one parking space for YOUR CAR accessible via FREE VALET SERVICE.

The studio sleeps 4 (new queen bed and leather sofa that opens to another queen-sized bed). It comes with CENTRAL AIR and a NEW FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave). The brand NEW BATHROOM features a glass-enclosed shower. Linens, towels, dishes and utensils are provided. A hi-definition 55” TV with FREE HD CABLE and 40Mbps HIGH-SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI are included.

Laundry facilities including garbage disposal are just 3 doors down the hall. Access to the courtyard, the pool, and the fitness center is 2 floors down.

The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW INFINITY POOL and deck with view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. And you are steps away from the beach with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chair and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy a stroll on the newly renovated boardwalk located directly behind our building.

Taxis, tour and city buses, bike rentals, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops are all located right outside our doors on Lincoln Road.

Building requires all tenants to be approved. After booking, you will have to submit an online application at a $50 fee per adult. This has to be paid directly to the application vendor via their online portal. Every adult over 18 will have to be included in the application and 2 adults per application. We will provide you with detailed instructions.

The studio apartment is spacious with comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. We love the pool area and the gym. The location is great: the beach is a few steps away and we enjoyed nice walks on Lincoln street and the area - lots to see and good selection of restaurants and stores available.

My experience here was great! Monica was always available and extremely hospitable to make sure my stay was amazing. The building’s amenities were A+ with the beautiful pool and gym. The location though of this building is what did it for me. As soon as you walk out of the complex you are on the beach. Everything is as advertised. I was working remotely here for 2 months and everything was just very smooth from the WiFi,Cable,AC. I highly recommend this place and if I am back in Miami I hope to stay here again.

What you see is what you get

What a gem of a condo!. Fully equipped, facilities exceeded expectations. Location was the nucleus of everything. The beach, walkway, stores restaurants and a surprise theatre production of Louis Armstrong's It's A Wonderful Life. Our host Monica was attentive gracious and interactive. We highly recommend this condo to the fussiest of travellers.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

The apartment has been fantastic!! I stayed here for a month and it made my stay in Miami so much more enjoyable. The apartment was pristine when I came, and all the necessities in condo to have a great time. Pool and gym are both easy access and fun to use. The beach is your neighbor! The staff here is fantastic. Everyone gets things done as quickly as you request, and the security and valet are top notch. The location could not be better, it is an easy location to get around and close to everything. The condo itself is wonderful. It was newly renovated and very clean, a great comfy bed, and full kitchen to use. I would definitely recommend staying here! Host Monica was amazing and very professional. Thank you :)

The Decoplage Condominium has the BEST location in South Beach. Located on Lincoln Rd and a few blocks from Ocean Drive, the best restaurants and bars on the beach are accessible by walking just a few minutes. There is also a Walgreen Pharmacy, a French Bakery, and a pizza joint located in the building at the street level.
