This private residence is located in the heart of a tropical park of 10 hectares facing the "Caribbean Sea".
This idyllic site allows you to spend a dream holiday with friends / family / friends.
Located in the "CORAL" building. This area has a private beach, an infinity pool of 1000 m², a wading pool and parking within the residence.
The Domaine de l'Anse des Rochers is located 2 kms (Casino, Marina, Golf, airport, beaches, port to allow easy access to the islands "Les Saintes, Marie Galante and Désirade" but also close. cities such as St. Anne Le Gosier and 40 kms to the airport "Caribbean Pole"
Studio Composition:
- A room with double bed, flat screen TV / bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, towels provided.
- A 10m² terrace closed by an automatic shutter.
- A fitted kitchen, comprising: (a large refrigerator, a washing machine, the hobs, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery ..), a cooler, at your picnic to the beach or river.

Appartement bien équipé. Situé au 2ème étage ce que je ne savais pas. Un petit problème d'évier bouché que nous avons résolu. 2 lumières qui ne s'allument pas (sdb et cuisine) mais le cadre est super avec une piscine génial pour les grands comme pour les enfants.

Nous avons logé au studio de Béatrice dans le complexe de l'anse aux rochers. Tout était comme sur les photos. Très propre et la vue sur les palmiers de notre balcon est très appréciée. De nombreux oiseaux nous signalent leur présence ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons surtout apprécié la propriétaire Béatrice, toujours disponible pour toutes informations demandées et même plus...bon choix de location. Je recommande ce studio sans hésitation.

Ça a été un vrai plaisir de vous accueillir et j'espère à une prochaine fois et cette fois ci, j'espère que vous aurez le temps de profiter encore plus de ma magnifique île et surtout des cascades!!;-).
En attendant, j'espère qu'il ne fait pas trop froid, bien que j'ai entendu des températures avoisinantes les (-18°C)!!!!
Ça change des 30°C.
