About this property

WOODEN CHALET IN FONT ROMEU WITH PANORAMIC TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE PYRENEES

Large chalet on 3 levels with a maximum capacity of 6 people (ideally 2 couples and 2 children):
- Ground floor with garage, 'sas' winter (for ski equipment) and games room (table football, billard, darts, palace)
- 1st level consisting of living room (chimney), stay / kitchen, TOILET, SdB and 1 room (double bed) giving on an outside terrace
- 2nd level with 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a mezannine corner
An outdoor garden with barbecue and 2 parking spaces.

As this is a secondary residence from which we are far away, we can not always proceed with the handing over of the keys or the outgoing inventory. We are forced to use providers especially in the supply / washing of sheets / towels that we must rebill as you can see in the list of options. We encourage you to bring them yourself wherever possible.

Otherwise remember to book (out of summer season)
Rates per week:
- 1 pair of sheets + 2 pillowcases for bed of 140: 10 euros / reservation
- 1 pair of sheets + 1 pillowcase for 80x190 bed: 7 euros / reservation
- 1 toilet kit (6 towels + 1 bath mat + 2 hand towels): 20 euros / booking
- 1 tea towel set (1 hand towel + 1 tea towel): 3 euros / booking

Très bon séjour à Font Romeu

Nous avons loué le chalet au mois d’août. C’est un très beau chalet parfaitement équipé et décoré. On s’y sent très bien bien tout de suite. Il bénéficie de plus d’une superbe vue sur les Pyrénées. Les propriétaires sont à la fois très attentionnés et très discrets. Nous étions très bien situés pour découvrir la région (en voiture ou avec le train jaune) et pour participer aux nombreuses activités proposées durant l’été. Je recommande grandement cette location
