Conveniently located downtown home in historic Frenchtown. Home has 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people. One room with a king size bed, the second room with a queen size bed, the third room with two twin beds and the 4th bedroom is the master with a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The house is 1.3 miles away from the civic center. It is close to FAMU, the Governors Mansion and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Additionally, it is walking distance from restaurants and shops. Great spot for parents to drop off their kids to begin college, visit them or see them graduate. Ideal residence for college sport fans during football and basketball season.

Great location for a rest stop when driving through the state of Florida.
Ideal residence for state government officials when the legislation session meetings are in progress or for travelling nurses or doctors.

FSU Graduation

The home was very clean and close to the University. We had plenty of space for everyone and everything we needed for the long weekend. If we need a place in Tally we would stay here again.

Great house, close to FSU

Lots of nice features at this house. Great wifi, new appliances, comfortable beds, clean house, and great location. Right next to FSU. It was perfect for our student move-in trip. Typical Tallahassee neighborhood. Neighbors all seemed very nice. We'd definitely stay here again.

FAMU Homecoming

Stayed the weekend for Homecoming. The house was comfortable. A cozy feel with plenty of room even for a smaller house. Beautifully remodeled. Owner was easy to communicate with. Neighborhood did seem a little sketchy but we did have any problems and everyone we saw was very friendly. Overall a great stay.

Here for a FSU game

We enjoyed the stay very much. Although we really weren’t in the house much, it was perfect for our needs. It was close to the football stadium which was nice when leaving the game. There was even some snacks and refreshments that was laid out which was a nice.

Weekend wedding

The house was spotless and very well stocked. The host left tasty snacks and drinks for us. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs. I was only 3 minutes from the wedding venue and close to everything. There were many updates since the pictures shown.

I have been a teacher for the past 30 years. For the past 24 years, I have been teaching children with special needs.

I am a mother of 4 adult children, 2 of whom are in the medical field. My son, Israel is a doctor who formerly occupied the house is a graduate of FAMU and worked at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. My eldest daughter who also works in the medical field is a nurse practitioner in Los Angeles. I am also a grandmother of one beautiful little girl from my eldest son and his wife. My eldest son lives and works in New York City as a senior editor for Ransom House Publishing.

I work out regularly, and during my spare time I enjoy playing tennis and riding my bike. I enjoy traveling across the globe and have lived in France and Sierra Leone.

My property's downtown location is the primary reason why you should choose my property. It is a 10 minute drive from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and FSU. My property is also secured by ADT and has a 7 feet tall backyard wooden privacy fence. I also take a lot of pride in the cleanliness and maintenance of my home. My guests are also welcomed with an assortment of snacks, bottled water and soft drinks.
