Circa 1924, this cottage sits on the riverbanks of the beautiful Guadalupe River right downtown Kerrville, with immediate access to Kerrville's top attractions. Located right across the street from the Kerrville Nature Center, guests are steps away from the Kerrville River Trail, walking distance to top restaurants including Grape Juice, Thai Ocha, Francisco's, and Yeo Bo's, as well as several shopping boutiques, antique stores, and Pax Coffee & Goods. Spend the day kayaking, paddle-boarding, biking, fishing, swimming, or exploring Kerrville's parks, museums, and golf courses. Or, take a short 30 minute drive to Fredericksburg, Comfort (an antique town), Bandera (the "Cowboy Capital of the World"), or Lost Maples State Park. Absolute Gem of a location!

What a great place to stay, in a great location. We loved staying here. The sunrise suite was perfect for our Eclipse trip, and the amenities were fantastic. Highly recommend this cottage if you are staying in Kerrville!

Enjoy Guadalupe in Kerrville

Peaceful Getaway

This cottage sits right on the Guadalupe River and is very convenient to the river walk and downtown. It’s a beautiful, clean and quiet cottage with an adorable front porch. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed, definitely be staying here again.

Quiet relaxing and very comfortable!

Trissa And JT we’re great in every way! The cottage was so comfortable and convenient to town. The cottage was so comfortable and kitchen well stocked! The property is right on the River lotta of deer and ducks! We wish we could have spent more time outside but it was way to hot!! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Wish we could stay longer

This is a real jewel! Pictures are spot on! Lovely sitting areas on the river. Great porch! Everything you need to have a fabulous stay! We walked to restaurants! Wish we had time to ride bikes on the nature trail and use the kayaks in the river!! The place decorated so tastefully! The owners have really good taste!

Very happy with the Sunrise Suite. Property was very well maintained, building was clean with nice features in unit & all in working order. Nice location, beautiful along the Guadalupe River. Owners were great & accommodating to work with. Easy to get in touch with them thru text. Always had a quick response.

Very welcoming host.

JT and Trissa are excellent hosts! They were more than willing to work out an option accommodating our special needs during our last-minute add-ons as a result of Christmas. The property is centrally located in Kerrville with backyard access to the Guadalupe River. The sunrise every morning was superb. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and eating a late brunch. The common laundry facilities are well stocked and take one hassle out of packing for a holiday here. I highly recommend this rental when in the area for a holiday.

Road noise

All three units were nicely furnished, clean and kitchens well equipped. It would be nice to have foil or saran wrap and/or cooking spray. Road noise on one unit was bad. There are fans for white noise. Host were very responsive and charged an additional cleaning fee for moving.

Wonderful cottage and excellent location!

We absolutely loved this property and the location was perfect for us. We love to walk and run. The river trail was right across the street and it was great. We also enjoyed the amenities provided. Relaxing stay on the river

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Suite. This oasis within Kerrville truly is close to everything you may want for stores while feeling like you are out in nature. During our stay we were the only ones on the property which made it nice a secluded. We enjoyed watching the deer, ducks, squirrels and turtles on the property as well as walking across the street to enjoy access to the river front trails. The suite was very clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary items for preparing food. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Perfect Hill Country Work/Vacay

Cottage By The River was a perfect location for me. The cottage is conveniently located right on the Guadalupe River and the Texas Walking Trail. I work from home so WiFi is important to me and it worked well for my entire stay. Kerrville is also convenient located to Hunt, TX and the summer camps and Fredericksburg and Luckenbach. A great way to get a taste of the Texas Hill Country food, fun and music scene. I will definitely be staying again in the Sunrise Suite!

Sunrise Suite stay was great

My wife and I stayed in the Sunrise Suite in Kerrville for 3 nights. Everything went very smooth from booking to check-in. The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed a peaceful stay. Used the fire-pit down by the river for 2 of the nights. That was a fantastic amenity and they provided plenty of wood. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Great central location in Kerrville

We had the best of both worlds , close proximity to all the city had to offer plus there was a nature trail so we could walk every night and saw deer, a skunk , birds, bats , fish , turtles , plus beautiful butterflies and dragonflies . It was a great little place to unwind and enjoy
