Circa 1924, this cottage sits on the riverbanks of the beautiful Guadalupe River right downtown Kerrville, with immediate access to Kerrville's top attractions. Located right across the street from the Kerrville Nature Center, guests are steps away from the Kerrville River Trail, walking distance to top restaurants including Grape Juice, Thai Ocha, Francisco's, and Yeo Bo's, as well as several shopping boutiques, antique stores, and Pax Coffee & Goods. Spend the day kayaking, paddle-boarding, biking, fishing, swimming, or exploring Kerrville's parks, museums, and golf courses. Or, take a short 30 minute drive to Fredericksburg, Comfort (an antique town), Bandera (the "Cowboy Capital of the World"), or Lost Maples State Park. Peaceful Getaway

This cottage sits right on the Guadalupe River and is very convenient to the river walk and downtown. It’s a beautiful, clean and quiet cottage with an adorable front porch. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed, definitely be staying here again.

We had the best of both worlds , close proximity to all the city had to offer plus there was a nature trail so we could walk every night and saw deer, a skunk , birds, bats , fish , turtles , plus beautiful butterflies and dragonflies . It was a great little place to unwind and enjoy

This is a perfect place for professionals, or retired folks. Very relaxing, great views of the river and wildlife. We couldn’t ask for more from our accommodations or the landlords. Will be back next year.

Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful time this weekend in Kerville. A huge part of that was the beautiful cottage we stayed in. The communication with the owner was seamless. The house was perfectly clean and had every amenity you could want and more. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend as well as stay there again!
