Location, Location, Location! This charming bungalow is so close to the Broadwalk (not Boardwalk) and beach that it takes just a minute to be there with all the action- restaurants, shops and parks. The reserved assigned parking is also a huge plus! We had one minor hiccup and the owner (Rachelle) was prompt in her communication to remedy the situation. We would definitely stay here again, and plan to do so!

The place was spotless and I loved that it was just steps from the beach with restaurant'sright there at us on the beach. I didnt cook so cant give any info on what was available in the kitchen. Coffee was available!!!! and the owner reached out a couple of times to make sure all was well.

This place is amazing! The condo was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Everything you need whether it’s a day at the beach or hanging by the beautiful pool is provided. The location is PRIME!!! We were there for 7 nights without a car and it was a safe and short walk to the beach, boardwalk and nightlife! Thank you Rachelle for accommodating our early arrival. Hopefully can be back soon.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The small "community atmosphere" was ideal. The other renters were friendly and considerate of each other. Sometimes small things can make a big difference and in this case communication with the owner prior to arrival was a very nice touch! I would recommend this location/property.

The property was better than listed. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Property owner went above and beyond to help us when my mom forgot her medicine. We had it overnighted to her house and she delivered it to us. Thank you again for your kindness and sharing your property with us.

AMAZING vacation rental

Look no further! This unit is equipped with everything and anything you might need during your trip! The location can't be beat! And even though is just steps away from the boardwalk, the area around the property is VERY quiet and relaxing. The pool is right in front of the unit and all common areas are well maintained. Communication with the owner was excellent! She is very attentive and hospitable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again if/when we return to Hollywood Beach. 100% recommended!

Stayed a week in February. This condo is in a great location. Walk right out to Broadwalk and beach. Very nice pool right outside the door. Don’t worry not noisy with a lot of kids. Mostly adults here. Loved the kitchen and living area. Bathroom nice with awesome shower. I do think the bedding (mattress pillows comforter) could be updated. Note: the washing machine is outside coin operated. We would definitely stay here again. Rachelle was very nice to work with.

Simply paradise!

This experience was one of a kind. Rachelle was so easy to communicate with even before my stay. The property was spotless. It came with many amenities. It was decorated with style. The condo is two steps away from the beautiful pool. Guests feel safe as the property is only accessible by unlocking a gate. Once outside the gate, the beach is less than a block away, which contributes to the peaceful setting of this property and is away from the hustle and bustle of the Broadwalk. For those interested in booking, the property has “can’t miss” written all over it! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything that we needed and more! It was perfect for us and our two daughters ages 14 & 15. The beach was beautiful and so close! We loved coming back from the beach each afternoon to grill lunch and relax by the pool for the rest of the day. Rachelle was kind, accommodating, and very quick to respond to any question that arose. This trip was just what we needed and we will be sure to stay here again when returning to Hollywood FL.
