*The Pool is open! It's time to dive in!*

Welcome to our 6th floor unit at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. You will truly love your stay here! Not only does our property have all the essentials of home, but you will love the views of the Gulf of Mexico waters from your lanai. As you enter our updated property, you are welcomed by a great room layout, kitchen with most small appliances, dining table for four, comfy family room area including sofa (converts to sleeper sofa if needed), and flat screen TV. The bedroom area has a king size bed. The private bathroom has a tub/shower setup. Our property includes Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer use in the lobby (quarters), linens, towels and beach chairs. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During the high season (December through April), our property is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Very pleasant stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our unit $605A. The view was beautiful! This unit had everything you could possibly want for a beach condo. Very well equipped and the decor was lovely. It was clean and had plenty of room for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again. They are working diligently to finish restoring the property from the hurricane, and I am sure it will all look beautiful in the very near future. (hence the 4 star property condition rating)

Two beautiful weeks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent 2 weeks in a lovely condo at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The condo was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was an abundance of towels, including beach towels. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of repair work going on in the building due to the incredible damage caused by the hurricane, but we were prepared for that and it did not bother us. We were right on the beach and had beautiful views. Since this gs went so smoothly, we did not have much contact with Tripower. However, the smooth part was thanks to them and we have always found the to be very easy to deal with. We highly recommend condo 605a at Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

Clean, updated, great stay! (but unclear instructions)

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, updated room decorated in a clean minimal tasteful way, quality beach umbrella and chairs! Only pitfall was conflicting departure instructions. 1 email AND 2 large signs posted on fridge say to leave the pool key in the condo offices, while 1 initial email says to leave it in the room. Since 3 said to take it to pool office that’s what we did. However when we got there they told us to leave it in the room! We checked out right at 9am so by the time we went back up to return the pool key to the room they had already changed the room code! Since we were unable to do so we left the pool key on the door knob hoping cleaning services would see it and return it to the room. Please update your emails and signs so they don’t conflict and create confusion for the guests staying in the unit!!!
