The private beach is directly across the street only 250 yards... Relax and enjoy beautiful Gulf of Mexico Sunsets...Bay dock is 100 yards from front door, stroll with your coffee and enjoy great sunrise views!.. Rentals for sea-doo, hobie-cats, kayaks and paddle boards right on beach. Parasailing nearby. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are provided.

Rent this thoughtfully and thoroughly renovated townhome for your next vacation on Anna Maria Island! Purchased by new owners in 2021, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit is well-appointed with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen and full size laundry machines. All of the bathrooms were completely refurbished in 2021. The master suite has a new king size bed and a large attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include a queen size bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. This townhome is directly across from the pool and the hot tub, and less than a block from the beach. Beach supplies are provided in the 2 car garage, including new beach chairs, new umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach cart. Local restaurants and shops are just a quick walk away, including the fun and historic Bridge Street area. Note there are surveillance camera's on the outside around the property. Please note this unit does not have a garage for parking the Owner is using it to store their vehicles, parking will be in front of the Unit.

Great location, quick walk to the beach which is across the road. You can see the ocean, but its pretty far away. The pool and hot tub are right in front of the condo. We walked to bars, restaurants, gas/convenience store all within a mile, easy walk. (We're in our 50's)The condo supplied a wagon, coolers,chairs and umbrellas, etc. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need to have a very nice vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo at Bermuda Bay Club was a great place to stay. It was clean and and right across from the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone and beautifully decorated. There were many items provided for the beach, a wagon, umbrellas, chairs and pool noodles. The condo is centrally located to all restaurants and the grocery store. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on Anna Maria Island! It's right across from John Chapple Park with an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Great location and nice unit

Overall enjoyed the stay at this condo. Location is outstanding, property is well kept and the unit was updated. They also had nice beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach toys and the dishes/pots/pans were all well stocked. The unit was a bit dirty, but overall it was fine.Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Property is beautiful and had everything you need including going to beach. So convenient to be acrosd street from beach and trolley stop is right there too. So nice to have beach wagon, chairs and umbrella! Great stay will return some day.

Great AMI location

We had a great stay! It was clean, had beach towels, comfortable beach chairs, and umbrellas available for our use. Appreciated that there were plenty of trash bags, paper towels, etc. as well. Host was very responsive!

Awesome townhome with everything you could possibly need. Beach is steps away, several excellent restaurants in walking distance, the Blue Marlin became an instant favorite. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, thank you so much for sharing this piece of paradise!

Perfect Spring Break

We enjoyed our time at Bermuda Bay. The location is excellent; we could easily walk to several restaurants without having to battle traffic. We loved being across from the pool and hot tub. The beach is just across the street. The townhouse is well-appointed and clean.

Beautiful Beach Home.

The location is perfect between the bay and beach on Anna Maria Island. It was walking distance to many local restaurants. The home was stocked with many of the things that were helpful during the stay such a spices, cookware, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon etc. The owner / manager, Rick was very responsive to our questions. Thanks again for a wonder stay.

We love AMI!

We will be back! The condo was wonderful. The neighbors were friendly with lots of yummy food recommendations. The beach was a short walk from the condo. The trolley made traveling around the island a breeze.

Updated townhome close to beach and pool

Unit is at the end of the complex affording you views of the bay and the gulf. Furnishings, floors, fixtures are all updated, pictures are accurate and reflect that. Steps to the pool and super close to beach and beach access! Walking distance to Bridge Street and close to the trolley stop. Would stay again.

Great Location

The place was perfect, but has a lot of stairs. Was so convenient to walk the beach and down to bridge street. Kitchen was furnished well. The master bathroom shower could have been cleaner. But we would stay here again.

Awesome Vacation

This property was everything we wanted and more. Very clean and spacious, plus there were multiple beach supplies provided, which was a nice added bonus. The unit was very nicely updated and very well supplied with all the necessities. Rick was great to work with and made the whole process very easy and worry free. Couldn’t ask for a better location that was a close walk or easy bike ride to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back.

Nice for Families

We had four teenage girls and had enough space for a comfortable week. The beach is a short walk across the street. The unit has most everything you need to get by for the week. It's a nice unit but could use some updates. The description says there are beach chairs, but be aware that we only found one that was not broken. If you have room to pack them, you might want to bring your own.

Great week, great place, great beach June 2024

Very pleased with this rental property. This unit was spacious, clean, updated, and had everything you can think of on hand. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They were extra blankets available in every bedroom which we appreciated. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, including a nice cart to carry everything. Several beach toys and floats. There was not a cooler but you can buy a cheap one to get through the week. There was a really good blender on hand as well as other appliances. We stayed in Bermuda Bay several years ago but this was a much nicer unit. The beach seemed to be more crowded so you may want to set up early depending on your family. The beach is really easy to access in just a short walk across the street. The trolley is very close as well. Great place. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Beach wedding

This was our first visit to AMI and was there to attend a friends beach wedding. My wife and I stayed in Richards unit with another couple, my sister and her husband. The unit was very spacious for us two couples and can accommodate a 3rd or children easily. Richards place is very convenient to all things, great beach across the street, multiple restaurants within walking distance, trolly stop at residence, easy access for off island excursions. There are all the necessary beach items available for use and all we’re in good condition. We took advantage of the all things the island had to offer, including water excursion hunting for sand dollars, we also spent time golfing and swimming with manatees off island. Overall we were very happy with our stay and happy this was the place we chose for our introduction to AMI. We will definitely be back to AMI and this unit will be our first choice when we do return.

Everything it promised

As a family with teens, it can be difficult to find the right balance for our beach vacation that meets the needs of all of us. I am someone that truly appreciates peace and quiet and my kids appreciate entertainment and constant things to do! This was the perfect location and the perfect home to spend our first trip to AMI for this year’s beach vacation. The home is truly everything the photos show and more. It is clean, well maintained, and up to date with its interior and exterior spaces. Lots of space, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and a private garage space. No contending with a parking garage or fighting for a parking space in a shared parking lot. The full sized washer and dryer is a must on any vacation we take and it too made us feel at home for the week. Plenty of places for dinner within walking distance. The amenities of the property were well maintained and the property management was incredibly attentive with any questions we had before and during our stay. The beach is truly just mere steps from the property with plenty of beach supplies provided for a trip to the beach. The location of this unit was perfect for our daily trips to the pool as it is just steps from the front door. I am a very picky vacationer and I have high expectations for each place we visit and this place absolutely met and exceeded my expectations! If you are deciding between places at Bradenton Beach, this one needs to go to the top of your list.

House is for sale

We were not warned before we arrived that the home was for sale or that there would be fire alarm inspection. It was written in our contract that if the home is for sale we have to grant access to realtors/ prospective buyers. During our stay there was a day were we had give access to someone to view the home. On a separate day a company came through to inspect the fire alarm system. They set the alarms off several times. This was extremely inconvenient and an invasion of privacy. When we arrived the bath towels were found wet in a basket at the top of closet. The response from Richard was "enjoy your stay ". The showers needed a deep clean. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The garage is huge and has plenty of space. There an outdoor shower and water hose. The pool is extremely small and often over crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer are a nice size. The beds weren't extremely comfortable but they worked for a week. I would not rent again from Richard due to communication.

Best Family Vacation

This location was perfect for everyone in our family. We were across the street from beach, pool was located on the property and a great BBQ restaurant was a two minute walk. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. It was super clean and had enough in-door and outside seating for all of us. Cannot wait to book this location again.

Beautiful remodeled home, with new appliances, Tv's in all the rooms. Great internet, view overlooking the pool and partial view of the bay. End unit with plenty of light. Beach right across the street, with miles of light sand and blue green water. Bermuda Bay is one the most sought after properties on the entire Island, warm pool, refreshing jacuzzi spa, bbq area, scenic walkway to the bay. You will love it!!!!!
