This is a ground floor condo with private gated patio, plenty of room to keep your beach supplies and bikes. Patio furniture seats 6 plus a small table that will seat 2. Inside the condo the dining area seats 6, but there is a fold-up table in the master bedroom closet that will also seat 4. Located in the very front of the complex. New windows and sliding glass doors. Freshly painted, all new furniture. New beds in all bedrooms, 1 queen in master, 2 full and 1 single bunk bed in the second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa. Ceiling fans through-out the condo with lights. Kitchen with full size stove, microwave, toaster, utensils, blender and dish washer. Washer/dryer located inside the condo. 43 inch TV's in each bedroom with free wifi and cable. Just steps from the outdoor pool and tennis courts, also have indoor pool for those rainy days. Short walking distance to CVS, Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts and Crab Cake Factory bar and restaurant and many others attractions. Towels and linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and wash rags) must be provided by the tenant but can be provided by a local linen company at the tenants request and expense. 6 pool passes are provided along with 2 parking passes. There are no reserved parking spaces. If passes are lost or not returned a $25 service charge will be deducted from your security deposit for each pass. Sorry no pets and will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. A separate lease agreement will be sent to the tenant once booking has been made. The tenant is also responsible for a $135.00 cleaning fee for the stay. We require a $500.00 security deposit, which will not be charged during booking per VRBO, however after your stay is over and the condo is inspected we will notify VRBO, per their rules, and release your security deposit if there is no damage or extensive cleaning issues. If there are issues we will notify VRBO and withhold funds from the $500.00 security deposit.
