Welcome to Brandy’s Oceanfront Studio!
Your Happy Place at Harbour Beach Resort
701 South Atlantic Avenue, Unit 3rd Floor, Daytona Beach, FL 32118

We are thrilled to have you! Whether you are here for the roar of the engines at the Daytona 500, a Rocket launch, or just some vitamin sea, We hope you enjoy every minute of your stay, and we are here to help.

Resort Essentials
Access: Use your Resort Key for the building’s front door (locked at night), laundry rooms, Gym, Game Room, Snack Room, Lobby Bathrooms, Pool deck and Your Private Escape to Daytona Beach.

Parking: One parking pass is included for passenger vehicles only. No trailers or RVs.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. This is a family-style resort; Please, No parties.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. You may smoke on the balcony with the door closed.

Pets: No pets allowed ( Service Animals welcome; Please notify Us upon Booking )

Studio Features & Amenities
Sleeping: Queen Pillowtop Bed and a Queen Pull-out Sofa (linens located in the dresser).

Entertainment: 75-inch Smart 4K TV.

Kitchen: 2-burner stovetop, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker (coffee/tea provided). Table seating for 4.

Beach Gear: Beach towels and chairs are located in the entry closet.

Bathroom: Remodeled with a tub/shower combo. Blow dryer, first aid kit, and toiletries provided.

Resort Amenities
Pool & Hot Tub: Located on the south end; open 7:00 AM to Dusk. Heated year-round!

Note: Please dry off and wear footwear before entering the lobby to prevent slips.

Laundry: Located on floors 4, 5, 6, and 7 (North Wing). $3.00 per cycle; credit card enabled.

Fitness & Fun: Workout room and Game Room are located off the lobby.

Luggage Carts: Found in the lobby. Please load/unload in the hallway to protect the room’s walls.

A Friendly Reminder
The Balcony Door: Please do not sleep with the sliding door open. The salty night air makes the tile floors slippery and can damage the electronics.

Our Happy Place

We can't wait to go back! Perfect location, Perfect view!! I was able to unblock some chakras and spend time with my husband for our anniversary which we needed badly after 2020! Thank you Jeff and Sally for making our trip informational, easy to do and memorable. We will be back for the dolphine and whale sitings!

Marvelous Condo on Daytona Beach

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property/condo and at Daytona Beach. The property is exactly as described and more. The host Jeff and Sally were amazing from beginning to end. So accommodating and they provided very thorough information about their condo, property, and surrounding area. 8th floor well maintained very clean and comfortable condo, oceanfront. Loved the sunrises in the morning. This place has a lot to offer and is centrally located. You are close to everything. I had no issues or concerns and parking was always available in front of the building. Would definitely stay again when I am in Daytona. Thank you Jeff and Sally! You're the BEST!

Heaven!

This place exceeded all of our expectations. It was stocked with everything you could possibly want. We especially enjoyed the beach umbrella and chairs. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We made sure to bring binoculars and we sat out there watching everything, including the dolphins swimming by regularly. Anyplace we wanted to go, including the pier and boardwalk, was a short walk from the resort. The beach, pool, hot tub, and view made this the perfect beach getaway. This trip helped melt away all the stress of the real world. We will certainly book again and soon!

Loved this Studio Unit and the Property

We had the best experience with the whole process of booking the studio, information provided to us prior to our arrival. Anything you need was in the Studio, the Owners are Incredible and the Property Management was absolutely friendly, available if you need them and the overall property was keep clean! Safety was never a concern, lots to do and see in walking distance and very short drives! Loved the Bird Fly Bys with sitting on the Balcony. I will definitely recommend this to everyone and definitely stay here again if it is just the 2 of us. We have not stopped talking about Vacation since we got home and where you lay your head always makes your trip more enjoyable! Kelli and Ray
