Sea 4 Yourself! Experience St Simons Island at our newly renovated and decorated ocean view condo (Unit #317) at The Beach Club. Beach Club offers lush gardens, pools, hot tubs, tennis, and fitness room, with the ocean just steps away! Enjoy a full kitchen with granite and marble surfaces, custom cabinets and stainless appliances or try out some the well known restaurants within walking distance! Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or enjoy a bike ride on one of the bike paths that cover the island. Living room has a fresh new decor with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen tv.
Unit 317 has a master bedroom with king size bed (new matress), hardwood floors, and plenty of extra room to watch tv or read a book. The master bath boasts brand new travertine shower, granite countertops, dual sinks, and soaker tub. Second bedroom has two twins, with flat screen tv. Full second bath with new tile and modern storage vanity. Each bedroom and living room have sliding door access to the balcony with an ocean view. Store your extra beach clutter in generous bedroom closets or entryway storage area. Convienent washer and dryer in unit! Extra ammenities include free wifi, cable tv, dvd player, bike racks, and covered and secured parking. This property does not allow trailer parking.

Very nicely decorated and clean condo. Beds are super comfortable, although the pillows left a little to be desired. Is in the prefect location to the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Nice big pool and beautifully manicured landscaping. Loved every minute of it!

Great, clean, and pleasant condo! We enjoyed relaxing there, on the balcony, by the beautiful pool, and on the beach. We liked the layout and cleanliness of the Beach Club property, with easy parking, elevators, and a place for our bikes. We would come back to lovely St. Simon's Island and would definitely want to stay in this condo again!

Great location however the unit is in need of updates. Patio furniture was completely rusted and legs were missing parts that have rested away. Inside, Furniture was very old, dirty and over used. Paint peeling in bathroom. Drapes were very cheap and didn’t slide easily. Bed linen felt very used.

We had a great overall experience and would definitely book with Josh again. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and everything in the room was very clean.The room itself was nice, although the king bed could probably use an update since it had a noticeable dips where it had sunk in. The property is older and could use some updates, but for the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it.During our stay, there was a fan running in the third-floor hallway with caution cones around it, so I assumed there may have been some water damage being addressed. It didn't affect our stay, but it was noticeable.The pool was nice, although the pool bathrooms are definitely showing their age. The beach is a bit of a walk, but there are attendants who set up chairs and umbrellas if you'd like to rent them. We brought our own chairs since we were only there for a short stay, so I'm not sure what they charge.Overall, it was a great value, we enjoyed our stay, and we'd happily book with Josh again.

We are in the process of replacing our king sized mattress and also our patio furniture. We continue to update our unit for guests to gain the best overall experience. The fan in the hallway was addressing another condo unit's hot water tank replacement. I will forward your comments regarding the pool bathrooms to our HOA. They try and address areas each year to make the Beach Club the best property complex on the property. The shore continues to change with the natural sand sharing system that the ocean currents and nature provides. Thanks again!

The unit was clean, attractive, and met our overall needs. Views and access to the ocean were great along with amenities such as the pool and fitness center. Covered parking with close proximity to the elevator along with cart use for luggage and groceries was appreciated, though narrow parking stalls and multiple columns made parking a challenge at times. The kitchen was well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few nice to haves would have been beach towels (since this property has a pool), a corkscrew, and a set of matching wine glasses vs. a hodgepodge of mismatching and mostly oversized stemware.

We are a family of three from West Virginia. A teacher and x-ray tech who longed for a warm climate and sand between our toes. We first came to the island in May 2011 for our 10th anniversary. Our dream was to one day live at the coast. God blessed us with the opportunity to purchase 317 and in August 2011 we made our first step toward realizing our dream. Exactly one summer later we moved to St Simons permanently. We still can't believe that we live, love, worship, and work in South Georgia where snow never needs shoveling and our winter coats are about the only items left unpacked. We're anxious to share our little piece of paradise and look forward to hearing that you enjoy it too!
