Come enjoy the beauty of Saint Simons Island at The Beach Club, a gated complex located on the beach! Situated on the 3rd floor with easy access to the elevator. This newly updated condo is on the interior side and has a lovely view of the beach, courtyard and pool. We are only steps from the oceanside saltwater pool & serene beach! The pool (non-heated) remains open year round.

This long time destination is a favorite for families and couples as it caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. The island is a golf cart friendly community and offers many fun activities for visitors: boating, kayaking, museums, parks, jet-skiing, shrimping + more!

The space
Bright interior space that can sleep 6 (King in Primary bedroom & Queen in secondary bedroom). We have an air mattress & twin cot available if you have a larger party. The pool is large and includes two hot tubs! Wifi, Cable, full kitchen, 24 hour security, coffee maker + 2 beach cruisers come with the rental! Beach Chairs/Umbrella are available to rent on the beach.
The views from the balcony allow you to enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the comfort of the condo.
The Beach Club has the easiest, *private* Ocean Access just steps from the condo. Morning/evening walks on the vast beach is one our favorite activities.

The Perks
Included are (2 max) parking spots in a covered garage. Oversized vehicles might wish to park outside the covered garage. Guests will need to go to Beach Club Office to retrieve parking and pool passes during business hours.
Luggage carts are available on ground floor.
A workout room, tennis courts, grills + outdoor tables, a large pool, business center, kiddie pool & 2 hot tubs. A beach wagon and cooler are available for use while you’re staying with us.

Around Us
Our condo is walking distance to several restaurants, parks, The King & Prince, activities, and biking distance to the pier.

Other things to note
Our cleaning and laundry service is top notch, our condo floors and surfaces are sanitized after each departure. Please note that there is no smoking allowed in our home or in the building.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
• Beach Towels are not provided
• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons)
• No pets are allowed in this unit (Beach Club rules)
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
