This 2800 square foot beautiful house consists of 2 stories, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, washer/dryer, a fenced backyard with a storage shed for bikes/motorcyle(s), a covered porch, & a truly walkable/bikeable, urban environment. Plus it is only a block from Hull Street and all the new businesses, restaurants, markets, cafés, and breweries. This house was just completely renovated from top to bottom and an interior design firm filled out the house with brand new furniture, artwork, kitchenwares, linens, etc.
