This quiet St. Petersburg house is so ADORABLE! Peaceful and stress-free, furnished three bedroom, two bathroom house, (one bedroom is an office), Wifi, a 1 car garage and fenced yard. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and deliveries. Within walking distance is the JW Cate Sports Complex, with tennis courts, enormous walking path, basketball court, playground, pool (in the summer) and fields for soccer, baseball, etc. This is an excellent location, central to everything: 15 minutes to Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, and and to downtown St. Pete! Transitioning to a new job? I275 will take you anywhere you want to go and is only 10 minutes away. This home is perfect. Sit in the sun or on the shaded deck out back and listen to the birds chirping. You will love your Florida lifestyle! This is a longer-term rental.

This home is the best place to live in St. Pete all year 'round. Close to everything, it is situated in a very peaceful and quiet section of St. Pete. During the winter months the sun warms up the front of the house from the south - perfect for catching a little vitamin D on the front porch. In the summer the trees and covered deck in the back yard provide a shady breezy outdoor space to enjoy.
