The residence (dating from the early 2000s) is located in a large, gated and secure park. A large swimming pool and a children pool are available to residents. It can be monitored from the apartment.
It is ideally located, with a sweeping sea view and a large 50 m² L-shaped terrace facing SE to SW, sheltered from prying eyes. The large basement garage is accessed by the elevator. The apartment is simply designed to facilitate daily life for its occupants. The amenities are very complete. The kitchen opens onto the terrace, making it easy to enjoy lunch in the shade, away from neighbors. In the morning, you may prefer to have breakfast on the part of the terrace overlooking the sea.
Access to the village takes less than 5 minutes on foot. You'll find everything you need there (supermarkets, food shops, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, tobacconist, church, etc.) and, of course, many restaurants. In addition, on Tuesdays and Fridays, the main square of St Aygulf is home to a very large market, very famous in the region.
Access to the coves is 200m away. From there, you can enjoy beautiful walks along the seaside on the customs path. The very large sandy beach (several kilometers long) begins 500m away at the end of a well-maintained street with a bike path. At the end of the beach, there is a naturist area. Kitesurfing is also practiced there. Boats can be rented at the port. There is also a diving school. There is a park with children's playgrounds between the residence and the sea (just a street to cross).
St Aygulf is close to all the pleasures of the Côte d'Azur and the hinterland. Sports enthusiasts in particular will find numerous nearby sites for a wide variety of activities: hiking, diving, golf, kitesurfing, triathlon, mountain biking, karting, and more. In particular, just a few kilometers away by car on the road to Fréjus, is the Base Nature (established on the disused Fréjus airport). Covering an enormous area (135 hectares), it boasts a very large beach, fitness circuits, cycling, rollerblading, and more. It offers extensive walks along the Argens and Reyran rivers and along the sea.
Near the base nature, you'll also find a large water park and a family-friendly amusement park.
The Var department is one of the most beautiful regions in Europe (some say the most beautiful). It offers endless tourist discoveries, from the world-renowned sophistication of the coast (Saint Tropez, etc.) to the magnificent nature of the Verdon Gorges, and the sublime simplicity of Thoronet Abbey.
