OCEANFRONT CONDO - As Kona residents for 28 years, our desire is to share ALOHA. This is your opportunity to Experience Tropical Paradise, spectacular sunsets year-round, spouting whales in winter, and frolicking dolphins. This secluded and prestigious 18 acre Resort is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, Keauhou Bay, and world class golf courses, and only minutes to the best snorkeling on the Big Island.

Two lighted tennis courts and three pools with spas are convenient for your enjoyment. A gated security provides privacy and tranquility. Unobstructed views abound from this spacious 1700 square foot unit, complete with lanai wet bar; large master suite with king-size bed, and granite double shower enclosure for two.
Second bedroom has a king bed configuration unless two extra long twin beds are requested; full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout; porcelain tile floors throughout; granite counter tops in kitchen, and both baths, as well as granite walk-in shower and granite walls in tub shower enclosure.. Deluxe Koa wood cabinetry throughout.
Central air conditioning is provided at a nightly charge of $30.00 plus Hawaii State Tax. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. No Pets are allowed.

All 5 stars although Janice P. deserves at least 6 stars for her communication.The sunsets were amazing. Each evening, we would sit on the lanai with a drink watching the snorkel boats group up with their purple lights as folks snorkeled looking for Manta Rays. Although we did see manta rays and dolphins no whale “blows” were observed from the lanai.The condo was very well equipped for cooking and a KTA grocery store was only minutes away. The beach chairs were appreciated.Recommend visiting Heavenly Hawaiian Coffee Farm Tour and sampling delicious Kona coffee.

This waterfront unit at Kanaloa at Kona was perfect for our 9 day stay in south Kona area. The complex is quiet with gorgeous landscaping and 3 pools. The unit is right on the water, and a short walk to Keauhou bay for lots of water activities. The hosts are great and we had everything we needed. We hope to return soon!

This is our 3rd stay at this place and it never disappoints. We brought some friends who stayed with us for just a few day La and have never been to Hawaii. This condo is the best I have rented, it is fully stocked with all kitchen items, front center lanai with beautiful view of ocean. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms, it made our stay so easy and comfortable, living room and dining rooms were also nice. Fabulous property in a great location!

We spent our annual girls trip staying at this lovely condo that is right on the ocean. It was clean, recently renovated and very spacious. I enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai and hearing the constant crashing of waves along the shore.I highly recommend this unit, it's close to Kona but outside the hustle and bustle. Shops and restaurants close by.

Wonderful condo with perfect location just a few yards from the ocean. Beautiful view with waves breaking on the rocks just outside the lanai. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Hosts very nice and responsive. Highly recommend. 10/10.

BEAUTIFUL site overlooking the ocean

This is a beautiful unit right on the ocean. We enjoyed the sunsets and the sound of the breaking waves. From the living room it seems like the waves are right at your feet! Well equipped condo. The furnishings are a little dated, but comfy. We had no problems at all!

Amazing Property!

We previously stayed at this property several years ago. It has been meticulously maintained and we loved staying here again!! The location is fantastic, just a short drive into town. Lovely Hawaii Retreat

We enjoyed our stay here so very much. The home is furnished with everything one could possibley need to enjoy their stay in Hawaii, right down to ice chest and ice packs frozen and ready to use! We loved the location, sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, watching and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. We would definitely like to return to this little piece of paradise.

Amazing views

Loved, loved, loved the front row seat to the evening sunsets. Sitting on the lanai just feet away from the ocean and listening to the waves was our favorite part of our stay. This was our first stay in a condo and I think we have been spoiled!

Both graduated from Oregon State University in Education, Janice in Elementary and Bruce in Secondary, History and Science. Two married sons and seven wonderful grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy our vacation rental, because our dream had always been to live in Hawaii. As the time neared, we decided that Kona was the place for us. We felt it had the most desirable weather, fishing, and most harmonious cultural blend. We felt the community desire was to work together for the best interest and welfare of all. Living on the ocean revives the soul and spirit.

What makes this property unique

We initially were attracted by the beauty of our ocean, magnificent sunsets, lush tropical plants and landscaping. The cultural activities of Hawaii, being hula or ukulele to name just a few, are available for all. There are so many activities available that it is difficult to choose. The Hawaiian culture is gracious, generous, humble, and willing to share the beauty of their heritage.
