Sale et maison jumelée

Un propriétaire très gentil mais juste là pour encaisser $. Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée (ni au départ d'ailleurs). Une très belle maison mais vraiment très sale. Des casseroles jusqu'aux toilettes en passant par la piscine (nettoyée qu'une fois/ semaine) et les extérieurs même pas propre à notre arrivée !! 3/6 chaises d'extérieur complètement cassées. Vaisselle et couverts pas renouveler, pas de couteau qui coupe, pas de four....Et nous avons du supporter le manque de respect des vacanciers de la maison Bambou, jumelée à la maison Vaunage (qui n'est absolument pas précisé dans l'annonce). Bref, si vous voulez du calme, du confort, de la propreté cette villa n'est pas pour vous !! J'espère que l'hôte prendra en compte cet avis, car il n'est pas beaucoup ouvert à la discussion.... DOMMAGE, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa, il y tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille de 5. L'accueil a été parfait, et le départ également (en moins de 5 min ). La situation de la villa est idéale, pour visiter tous les alentours, la piscine chauffée très agréable. Mes enfants n'ont pas adhéré avec les oreillers, mais ça reste un détail :)

Family Holiday

This modern villa is located in the sleepy village of Langlade around 12 km from Nimes. The village has a Boulangerie, a Tabac store, a pharmacy and a Thai restaurant. There is also a Lidl supermarket next to the roundabout. Communication with Christophe the host, was impeccable, and he is multi-lingual which helps. The villa for us was perfect. Not only was it private, the view from the top terrace was stunning. If you are looking for a private and peaceful villa with a pool, then this place comes highly recommended.

Maison très agréable et très bien située

La situation à Langlade est excellente pour visiter les alentours, du pont du Gard à Uzes, de Nîmes à Sète et Arles, de Sommières à Calvisson. Nous avons passé un belle semaine malgré un vent à décorner les taureaux ! Même avec des températures basses pour la saison nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée à 29°C et les enfants ont adoré. Le logement est commode, propre et très bien équipé.

Un très bon accueil de Christophe. La maison est située dans un endroit calme avec une vue complètement dégagée, l'intérieur est très agréable à vivre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Les extérieurs sont charmants avec une piscine chauffée, qui en cette fraîche fin octobre était la bien venue. La région est très belle avec beaucoup de visites à faire. Que dire de plus mis à part à dans 6 mois !

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa in Langlade. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende des Ortes. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Der Pool ist gross genug und angenehm beheitzt. Die Villa ist relativ einfach aber komplett ausgestattet. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Zum Stand fährt man etwa eine halbe Stunde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art gibt es in der Nähe.

A bit of Paradise in Langlade

We were a mother and daughter and friend who booked a week here. It was a wonderful relaxing home to use for a week with expansive views of kms of countryside. We were easily able to do day trips to Nimes (20mins away) and Pont du Gard, Arles, Avignon and Les Baux du Provence. We even spent a warm sunny day swimming at the the beach at Ste-Maries-sur -La-Mer in the Carmargue. We swam in our private pool every day when home. We barbecued and enjoyed cocktail hour each evening poolside. Just a delightful stay. We would come back again and owners are lovely people. Just a heads up though that there is no oven to cook in. Stovetop, microwave and barbecue though. Very private setting. You will not be disappointed in this rental!

Vieles musste durch uns vorab gesäubert werden. Es war sichtbar, dass Bad/Küche über lange Zeit nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt wurden. Alles zudem sehr stark verkalkt oder schmierig. (Teewasser zubereiten im Wasserkocher ging gar nicht, trotz Entkalkungsversuchen unsererseits, Warmhaltekanne der Kaffeemaschine innen dicker dunkler Belag.) Kissenauflagen für Terrasse beidseitig sehr dreckig, voller Flecken. Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht ab. Wurde dann nach Mitteilung samt Bildanhang sonntags behoben. Bei Starkregen sollte man eine Fenstertüre und Innentüre schließen, da sonst Wasser einliefe. Es lief dann jedoch auch bei geschlossenem Zustand unten rein, so dass man Fußmatte und gerollte Handtücher hinlegen musste. Problem war bekannt, was man zum einen am Laminat deutlich sehen konnte, und uns zum anderen vom Vermieter nach der Waschbeckenaktion auch mitgeteilt wurde. Wäre er nicht wg des Waschbeckens gekommen und hätte es uns bei dieser Gelegenheit mitgeteilt, wäre erneut am regenreichen Folgetag das Wasser weiter ins Wohnzimmer rein gelaufen ... Es ist ein nettes Haus, mit gut Luft nach oben was Sauberkeit/Pflege angeht. Leider verläuft in Sichtweite eine sehr stark befahrene Straße, die lediglich an 1 Tag nicht extrem zu hören war.

Très bonne location la villa est propre et agréable avec une vue juste magnifique piscine chauffée très appréciable petit point négatif pour les nombreux résidu noir à l'intérieur qui ne sont jamais partis malgré nos nettoyage quotidien mais qui n'empêche pas de ce baigner . Propriétaire très sympa donc je recommande cet villa . Apaisement et repos assurer .

Tout a été parfait !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa où RIEN ne manque, l accueil est très chaleureux, Monsieur et Madame Gardon sont des personnes adorables et soucieuses du bien être de leurs hôtes. Le jardin et la piscine sont les plus de la maison, on y passe des moments inoubliables... De plus, le coin offre de nombreuses visites très intéressantes. Merci aux propriétaires, j ai rarement vu ça !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Langlade. Très bonne localisation pour visiter les environs et notamment Nîmes. La maison est agréable, bien agencée. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine chauffée. Vue dégagée sans vis-à-vis. A recommander.

Fabulous Villa and Pool

Fabulous Villa. The heated Pool was a real luxury. The views from the villa are stunning. A real gem! A handy bakery a few minutes walk away. Very friendly and interesting village. Lots to see/visit in the surrounding the area. The owners were at the end of the phone if you needed anything. Very welcoming and informative. A great place to explore, relax and unwind!
