Located on a navigable, Gulf-access canal, this home is in a perfect location.

Just a two-minute drive to the beach, this home also comes with the use of 4 bicycles and beach gear, including umbrella, cabana, chairs, and toys.

3BR/2BA will accommodate 6 adults, and there is still an additional crib for child/baby, a couch, and space for an additional bed in a small bonus room.

The open kitchen and living area is perfect for meal times and family game night.

Or, lounge by the pool on the spacious lanai. Have lunch outdoors or enjoy a cocktail while you stream music to the Bose stereo system from your device.

Immediate on-ramp to i75 for quick access to Sarasota and Venice and everything these towns have to offer.

Please note: This is a home that is lived in full-time and rented short term as a vacation rental when owners are away. Personal items are packed away and there are empty cabinets and dressers. See pictures. They are accurrate.

The location was a nice quiet location and still close enough to the beach that we could come and go with out a long commute. Everything we needed was in the house as well

Loved the pool and location!

The owner was very communicative and helpful. We were very comfortable at this house and were absolutely thrilled with the pool and lanai and the property backing up to a canal. The house was so close to the beach, a park, walking trails, and quiet streets for bike riding, and to amenities like good restaurants, food markets, pharmacies, whatever you needed. Easy access to Route I75, the main Interstate that runs north to Tampa and south to the everglades. Perfect for a couple or small family. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Neal & Family for trusting us with your home.

Great Family Location

This is a great family home with nice amenities. Our family loved the pool and the location for fishing. Its a 3 minute drive to Nokomis Beach. It’s a 15 to 20 minutes drive to Siesta Keys Beach. Venice Beach is also very close and beautiful. Please contact the owner first before booking. VRBO double booked us so we had to leave midweek. The property owner was more than helpful finding us somewhere to stay. Great Home!
