Quiet and peaceful 3 bedroom /3 bath home in the middle of Reno that is centrally located for super easy access to a multitude of local activities. Escape the hustle and bustle back to the comfort of a lovely family home that will make you want to stay longer. Your comfort and ease of use is our primary goal. House is newly furnished in 2018 with all new furniture including the best mattresses the store had to offer. A empty two car garage and a perfect yard for kids and dogs that is completely fenced. Back yard has fruit trees and established large trees that shade the backyard in the afternoon. Free WiFi. Each bedroom has it's own smart flat screen TV and black out shades for night shift professionals. There is a large TV over the fireplace to watch a game while you relax on overstuffed couch and chairs. This contemporary but cozy home is a great fit for 6 to 8 people and perfect for kids. It is also a great home to stay in for professionals who need a temporary home. With tall ceilings and a clutter-free, bright, open living room its a perfect area to hang out with family. We have provided toys, games, coloring books for the kiddos and of course packnplay and booster seat. There is plenty of snacks available including instant oatmeal and such. The bathrooms have everything you need such as soap and shampoo. The three bathrooms have large mirrors so three people can get ready to go out at the same time . The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and anything you need to cook with. There is a shaded patio with a barbeque and patio furniture and a dog run but we always let our dog hang with us when we are outside.
A two- car garage with electric door is available for you to park your cars or to keep your gear and if you need the opener we can message you were it is.
Go for a hike or trail run up in the hills, bike, fly fish along the Truckee river or just relax on the patio with the grill. Mira Loma Park is very close by for biking and has the river running through it. Also within walking distance is Flowing Tide restaurant which is very yummy.
Enjoy the benefits of Reno prices and weather and quickly get out to the mountains. If you are interested in some dates past our 3 month openings let us know. There is a free cleaning weekly if you stay more than a week! Ok

Top-Notch stay in Reno

I arranged this booking for some coworkers. First i would like to say how readily available and responsive for any questions or concerns the owner was. They missed their flight and the owner allowed us to book an extra night at the last minute. We had no issues with the home and it was convenient to where we needed to be. I personally didn't stay but was told it was a very nice home. We plan on booking this home in the future.

Perfect location

Nice older home in a quite neighborhood. We were in town for a softball tournament. This was perfect for those of us who didn't want to stay in a hotel or casino. Close to major crossroads and easy to find. The owner let us know before we arrived that the dishwasher was broken and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, nice place to stay and we will keep it in mind the next time we're down in Reno.

Best home away from home

This property is the best one yet! Both Ed and Karen are great with communication. They described this property perfectly. It’s actually better than described. Everything we could’ve needed was there and it was in a great location. This is the PERFECT house for anyone traveling with little ones. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Reno again!

This property worked out great for us! Easy access to the convention center, restaurants, etc. at a great rate. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and we had games and cards to play every night. This was a great trip, and the house beats a hotel any day.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property to provide a great home for travelers and families to stay. Whether you are a professional or a family with kids and a dog it is perfect. We have family in Reno so this is also our place to stay when we visit or plan activities in Reno. We love going to Reno and will be there soon to watch our niece graduate from UNR this year. There is so much to do there and the last time we were there we went down the river in inner tubes. So fun ,better than a roller coaster. We go out to eat there a lot and have family over for barbeques. Its a great place to hang out and the whole family helped to set it up. The oil painting in the open stairway was painted by my grandfather which finally found a home with the high ceilings. It's quite a large painting and needed a large space.

What makes this property unique

We love staying there because its perfect for our family members who have dogs and kids. There is space for both and that's why we have toys there like a seesaw. Need to keep the kiddies busy and the coloring books and writing tools help too. Its just one of those homes that you feel comfortable in. We like the open floor plan and the fireplace. The couches in the living room are big and comfy and just fun to sit in. The overstuffed huge chairs are easy to move around and there are plenty of lap blankets to cover with.
