Central location 5 minutes walk from Narbonne train station 10 to 15 minutes from downtown 15 km from the beach 80 km from Spain.
The apartment has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, classic oven, induction hob, etc.
140 cm 4K LED TV and WIFI internet
Two outdoor terraces with sun loungers allow you to eat outside in good weather and use an outdoor SPA for up to 4 people.
THE OUTDOOR SPA IS AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER SEASON FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER
A gas barbecue is available for grilling all year round.
Free parking space in front of the house or garage with remote control depending on availability.
