Duplex Apartment - 4 People - Sea View

The duplex apartments are two-level apartments located in the South West of Mauritius.

On the ground floor of the Tamarin hotel residence in Mauritius, the pedestrian entrance door is next to the garage door which can accommodate a car and various small equipment (windsurfing, golf bags, skite surfing, scuba diving equipment, etc.).

A few steps lead to the front door of your apartment.

Thus, on the ground floor are an entrance hall, a toilet, a kitchen, a living room, a covered terrace with a large dining table and a private garden which gives access to the outside to go to the swimming pool and La Preneuse beach.

From the living room, a staircase leads you directly to the bedrooms, and between the two bedrooms is the bathroom and a second toilet.

The sea side bedroom has a large bed two meters wide, with two night tables with lighting, a large storage cupboard, and communicates with a covered terrace with a teak deckchair and a small coffee table opium style in teak.

In the bedroom closet, a small key safe attached to the wall allows you to secure your valuable personal documents and other jewelry.

On the terrace a story O style seat is hung on the wall.

In the bathroom there is a shower, a Bali terrasso sink, a washing machine, as well as separate, closed toilets.

The mountain side bedroom has two large single beds (1.20m wide) and two bedside tables with their individual lighting. A large storage cupboard is also present.

Between the two cupboards, a small secretary table allows you to work with your laptop.

Right in front of the indoor parking, the duplex apartments all have a second outdoor parking space.

The duplexes of the Aparthotel de Tamarin in Mauritius and their locations offer different views of the sea or the mountain.

These luxury apartments have a breathtaking view from the ground floor of the ocean and the swimming pool by the sea.

This apartment allows from the ground floor to have a very beautiful view of the turquoise blue sea but only with a view on the right of the site. The entire view of La Preneuse beach is hidden behind the owner’s villa.

A magnificent panoramic view is possible on the 1st floor of this apartment, with a breathtaking view of the ocean above the roof of the owner's villa.

The apartments do not have sea views from the ground floor.
