Easy to find, comfortable, spacious location on Caddo which worked well for the six of us plus one grand dog. Layout of the inside of this home plus large carport, sunroom, and fenced yard worked well for this family get-together. We enjoyed having multiple areas to eat, watch football, play games, assemble a jigsaw puzzle, etc. Easy access to boat launch areas since water is low at private docks around the lake. We highly recommend this place!

Awesome old house. Plenty of room for the whole family. Awesome water view with a boat ramp right in neighborhood. Only two things that wasn’t perfect but not game changer….boat dock at house needs repairing(usable but needs to be fixed soon) and new pots and pans would be nice! Would go back again if we go back!
