Private boat ramp, boat dock with great fishing straight from the dock! Fire pit for evening s’mores, bar- b-que for outdoor grilling. 4 Kayaks included with oars and life jackets for exploring the gorgeous water ways.
Huge surround covered decking on cabin with wood rocking chairs, gorgeous private views in a private cove.
Huge kitchen stocked with everything you need but food! Coffee center with Keurig coffee maker and pods. Kitchen table slides out of antique wood island for more seating.
Spa- like bathroom with huge 2 person walk- in shower, double vanities, bench and soft towels.
Master bedroom has a king bed with pillow top mattress and memory foam topper- sleep like a king! Flat screen TV in master.
Second bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress and memory foam topper- You will sleep like a baby!
Family room has a leather sectional with two large recliners built in. Large flat screen TV with internet and ROKU for movie viewing and your favorite channels.
Wood fire burning stove along with central heat and AC will keep you comfortable all year. Board games, cooler, picnic basket, picnic blanket.

Beautiful Cabin and Location

Cabin was spacious, beautiful, well stocked. Sat right on the lake, no neighbors to worry about. Loved the kayaks available to go explore the water.

The cabin itself was clean comfortable. The pictures on the listing need to be updated. The lift was not operable, looks like it hadn't been in awhile. Going on the pictures of the water, we looked forward to fishing, spent 60.00 on out of state fishing license, bought fishing equipment. Was very disappointed that the water was full of green water plants. Some spots on the deck were very questionable as well as the dock. Many rotten boards. Tree limbs could be cut back, when you sit on the deck the amazing view is blocked.

Close to Shreveport casino, historic Jefferson and Natchitoches….and of course Caddo. Great house in a neat spot.

Great getaway.

The inside of the cabin is wonderfully decorated. Very cozy hanging out here. We enjoyed the big covered porch and watched the sunset.

Great Spot

Very private location. Even waterfront is very personal area with a short ride to lake by boat. Good areas to explore by kayak too. Camp is comfortable and clean. Local town has low quality grocery and the Walmart has no grocery at all. It is ok for a meal if you forget something but if you want to cook nice I suggest to bring food with you. Highly recommend property and owner is great at quick response if needed!

Gorgeous property

Absolutely gorgeous property!! Very private and secluded. Boat ramp and water way into the lake is very shallow, our boat is a smaller tracker bass boat, we made it in and out but it was really slow going. Enjoyed 3 very stress free days!

We have been to Caddo Lake several times to go fishing. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It was very convenient having a private launch. The cabin was very neat and clean. Everything was way beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

Amazing!!!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! Private!!! Although the road isnt far you feel so secluded with a Private boat launch and a drive through covered carport. If you are wanting to get away and decompress, this is the place for you and yours. Additionally the cabin is beautiful and very well appointed!! Any food items you may need is a pretty close drive, even though you feel very "disconnected". I could go on and on about how great our stay was, so definitely do not hesitate to book this gorgeous cabin! You will not be disappointed!

We were looking for a place to get away from our busy life, and this place was perfect for us. My only complaint was issues I had with unlocking the front door for the first time, but outside of that, it was perfect!

Anniversary getaway.

Property is very nice. Would love to visit again in the fall or spring. Would recommend anyone 5'5" or below to bring a step stool to get in the master bed. HaHa!!

Perfect retreat!

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful property! We were in town for our son’s college bass tournament. It was a perfect place for my husband and I to relax while our boys fished the tournament. They had everything we needed to grill burgers for our hungry boys when they came off the water. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit each night in the cold November weather. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property!!

we spent my 45th birthday weekend at this place. we got there when it was dark, and the stars were amazing. the house is beautiful, beds were fantastic. Host was very responsive and helpful. all i wanted for my birthday was to be able to fish. the salvinia was pretty bad so she allowed us to visit one of her other cabins off the river so i could get some fishing in. will def be booking another stay!

Great getaway!

This is the complete package! Nice and peaceful no neighbors! Cabin was so cute and clean everything you need and if not Deanna is just a phone call away! The kids had a blast kayaking and at night they caught frogs and sat on the pier and fished i highly recommend tnis place and we plan to visit again in the spring! Also if the water level is low here there is a good ramp in oil city called shady acres that is only about 6 miles away

We’ll Be Back!

The pictures of the area are pretty accurate, but I feel like the cabin itself is nicer than the pictures portray! We loved it! We enjoyed disconnecting and having time to relax together. It was my wife and I’s 6 year anniversary and it was magical! Beware of the bed in the master though! You may never want to get out of it! It was so comfortable! If you just want to get away, see some beautiful nature, and disconnect from tue world a bit we highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

FAMILY GET AWAY 2024

My family of 6 very comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We were able to explore the beautiful cypress forest in provided kayaks during the day, enjoy the evening and night nature noises sitting around the fire ring, fish from the pier, rest and observe wildlife from the 4 large rockers on the porch under ceiling fans, cooked and enjoyed meals together inside in the comfortably sized kitchen and living area, and played games inside and out. We made use of the up to date but easy to use washer and dryer allowing us to have clean and dry towels for each outing and showers in the beautiful oversized shower. The kitchen was clean and well stocked w plenty of pots pans and dishes, huge pantry, full sized fridge and ice maker in the above freezer. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the host was very readily available answering any questions we had. My family absolutely loves this property and we will be back for more fun and wonderful memory making!!!

Great host & cabin

My husband and I booked this trip for a quiet weekend getaway. The house was exactly as listed and very clean. The lake was beautiful!! There were two kayak provided, which we enjoyed, although paddling through whatever aquatic vegetation was on top of the lake proved a little hard. But once you got past that, it was easy. From the docks, paddle left and go down a bit and there is a clearing in the lake. The cypress trees were beautiful. Host was very quick to answer questions and very nice. I would warn, there is pretty much no restaurants open for anything other than lunch, so keep that in mind if you were wanting to go out to eat. We ran to the store for a few items right when we arrived and asked the cashier where is good to eat. She laughed and said "this late?"...it was 4:45PM, so just plan to cook or go to lunch. Shreveport is also only about a 30-40 minute drive. We enjoyed having a campfire in the evenings and wood was provided. Lovely host and home, highly recommend!

We love the outdoors and everything to do with water, beautiful scenery, boating, wildlife, fishing, exploring, etc. We love to travel and enjoy hosting friends. We were thrilled to purchase this property and share this beautiful lake with others. We know you will have a relaxing and enjoyable time at this majestic lake.

We love Caddo Lake! We have been visiting since 1992 and are so glad to be able to own property here. It is a very unique lake with the Worlds largest Cypress forest. The birds, flora and fauna and wildlife are so unique. The water ways that are mapped out to show you where you are and where you can go makes it so fun to explore this incredible lake.

What makes this property unique

Caddo Cove is located on its own private island without neighbors anywhere around. Wildlife, birds, beautiful wildflowers are just some of the things to enjoy her on North Caddo. Quiet and serene the kayak paddle trail to the main channel is gorgeous.
Sit in one of the four massive but comfortable rocking chairs on the porch and watch the sunset on the beautiful cypress forest.
