Location was great. Quiet area. Neighbors above are pretty noisy but other then that, it was quiet. Requires some maintenance which unfortunately was likely do to the not so great tenants who stayed before us. But the owner was very honest as we had to wait to check in a bit due to the place needing more cleaning. I appreciated the honesty and the place was very clean when we were given access. Communication was excellent. Exactly as described
