DETAILS: "Pura Vida" is a stunning 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home situated on a corner lot in Rosemary Beach. Located South of 30A, "Pura Vida" is just steps to the Coquina Pool and two blocks from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. The first floor offers an open living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen complete with lovely neutral furnishings. Guests will also find a primary suite located on the first floor. The second floor holds a second primary suite, a guest bedroom, and a children's bunk room with a set of bunks. Guests are sure to have a fabulous time staying a "Pura Vida." When guests are ready to explore the area, hop on one of the 4 bikes to check out the Rosemary Beach Town Center filled with boutiques and great dining options!

- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

We had a great time at your place!! The beds were comfortable, the furniture and decor were warm and inviting. The home was so clean and 360 Blue was very helpful! A perfect place for us 6 college friends to reunite and have fun. I just sent your info to another friend who is looking for a college reunion spot!!!

Not as advertised and Poor Communication

We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for 12 years and renting from other mgmt companies and this was by far the worst experience. When there were maintenance issues at other properties in the past property managers took care of the issue and stayed in constant communication until the issue was resolved. When we arrived at this property all bike tires were flat, there was a constant high pitch noise from the water in the downstairs bathroom and the pool heater we paid to have on daily did not work throughout our stay. After reporting the issue on several occasions, 360 ignored my calls and provided no updates and to date has provided no update on the over charge for pool heat. I’ve called, emailed and submitted chats for resolution but 360 has been unresponsive. My next course of action will be to reach out to the owners of the property who likely are unaware of the poor service that 360 provides its guests.
