Fully renovated 3 bdm, 2.5 bath condo located directly on Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy moonlit nights and peaceful wintry walks. Ski Boyne Mountain (10 min drive). Sled/Skate/Hike Avalanche Mountain (5 min drive), offering a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix from the top. Snowshoe/Ski Young State Park (5 min drive). Walk into Boyne City for dinner. Visit the indoor farmers market on Saturday morn.

Our home sits less than a mile from Boyne City & Young State Park and a short drive to Petoskey or Charlevoix.

Grocery store (family fare) 1/4 mile away. More upscale markets in town.

One of two condos in the duplex. Unit comes fully stocked with all you'll need for your Winter stay “up-north”.

Tastefully decorated, you will find ample sleeping with two queen beds, two full beds and 1 twin. Family room “nook” offers an additional queen size futon that can be used for sleeping.

Amenities include full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, new stove and refrigerator as well as WiFi internet, flat screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Gas barbecue grill available. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Note: This is a 2 unit condominium building. We own and live in the west side unit. The east side unit is the rental. We care very much about respecting the privacy of our guests.

Perfect place

This home is spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you need at your fingertips from nightlight to flashlight. Hooks everywhere you need them, and an easy keyless door lock. The view is better than the online photos. It's so close to Young State Park, a bike path, hiking up Avalanche and Boyne City for dining and pubs. Loved being able to try the paddleboards! The deck is spacious, and you also have a firepit deck and a swim dock! On a quiet street of pretty houses. A perfect family vacation spot. The owners are helpful and on site as they live on the other side of this duplex. They were obviously very thoughtful in the design, decorating and outfitting their rental. Thanks Andi!

Boyne City Getaway

Very nice property, extremely well stocked, responsive host, great view, nice deck and fire pit by the dock, great dining in the area and lots of water activities. My only recommendation would be for the host to add privacy on the deck attached to the unit. The other attached unit is owner occupied.
