With an area of three times 100 m² + terraces + balconies + roof terrace + garden, it is an exceptional place to stay for those who love the comfort of space. Four double rooms with balcony and roof access. Two bathrooms containing three showers and a bath. A fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, even crunch machine, etc. Washing machine, ironing board. Charcoal barbecue. Guides, sheets, towels and products are available. The location of the house is very interesting. Very close to the A23 motorway, all destinations between Porto and Lissabon can be reached in one day. The river 'Le Tèje' flows 200 meters. From there that there are in the vicinity several fluvial sandy beaches where one can swim in complete safety, also the children, and fish.
