About this property

Duplex, in the heart of the Minimes, seaside

Duplex of 36 m² located in the district of Minimes. A stone's throw from Porte Océane. On the ground floor, kitchenette, with electric hob, fridge, combined oven (traditional / microwave). Also available are coffee maker (Senseo and filter coffee maker), toaster and kettle.

A living area, with a sofa bed, which opens onto a small balcony.

Upstairs, a sleeping area with a double bed, a large closet with wardrobe, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The condominium puts at your disposal a locker with locked bikes. It is located right next to the apartment.

On request, we can provide linen (sheets and towels) at the price of 10 euros per person.

A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival. It will be returned to you no later than 15 days after your departure, less the sums due for the rental repairs if applicable.

The Minimes neighborhood is also a marina and the proximity to the beach.

Great stay in Le Minimes

It has been an absolutely pleasure.. the house, the place and the host.. clean, well located and with everything you might need. My only moan is that I thought it was by the beach because of the pictures. In reality is 10 min walk from the sea.. it ended being no problem at all. We have truly enjoyed the experience. Wir hatten einen schönen Sommerurlaub in La Rochelle Minimes. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war toll ausgestattet. Es gib dort auch eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die wichtigsten Reinigungsmittel und auch Gewürze waren bereits in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher. Über den kleinen Park direkt an der Küste kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 12 Minuten zum schönn Sandstrand. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit dem Seebus kommt man schell direkt nach La Rochelle. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Ausflugsziele und Sportmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal dort hin fahren.

L’appartement était top. Très bien equipé, il y avait même les produits d’entretiens. Le lit était plus que correct. Le petit bémol si il y en a un , la chambre a l’étage est assez chaude , des ventilateurs était heureusement sur place. L’emplacement est situé dans une zone calme et pas loin de la plage.

Beau duplex pouvant accueillir 4 personnes

A proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Tout électro-ménager sous la main (cafetière, Senseo, machine à laver, micro-onde ainsi qques dosettes etc). Grand dressing pour ranger les valises. L'avantage de laisser les clefs dans le boîtier à code pour ne pas les perdre. Et place de parking assuré juste au pied du duplex.

Un appartement petit mais fonctionnel, bien agencé et équipé. Un peu chaud dans la chambre en mezzanine la nuit mais un ventilateur était fourni. Secteur très calme, peu bruyant. Commerces de proximité accessibles à pied et tout le centre ville très animé du vieux port à 10mn de vélo. Séjour sympa, appartement situé vers le port de plaisance et pas loin du centre-ville aquarium,bunkers,tours... appartement pratique, juste les wk qui ont parfois une petite odeur mais rien d important. Lit très confortable . Quartier calme. Mer à 600m avec des bonnes balades à faire à pieds par le chemin côtier. Je recommande cette appartement et surtout les propriétaires qui sont top et très arrangent sur l’arrivé et le départ.

Vacances fin Août 2019. Bonne communication avec les gérants pour décider de l'heure d'arrivée et départ. Rue calme, logement bien situé, proche du port des Minimes. Après nos 10 heures de route, content d'avoir des bouteilles d'eau fraîche dans le frigot. Merci encore aux gérants. Logement propre. Lit confortable. Le lit étant situé en mezzanine nous avons eut un peu chaud la nuit, mais le ventilateur allumé, ça allait bien. Salle de bain petite. Cuisine très petite, mais pendant les vacances, autant profiter des bons restos de La Rochelle. Notamment, je vous suggère le restaurant La Marie Galante proche du logement qui est très bon.

Gut eingerichtetes Appartement, auch für längerer Aufenthalt geeignet. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung. Gratisparkplatz vor der Tür. 10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum mit dem Auto. Unkomplizierte r und freundlicher Vermieter. Alles prima!

onze mening over woningnummer 1537496; june 4 -11, 2019

de woning is ideaal voor een stelletje van twee. Het lijkt mij niet erg geschikt voor 4 personen. De bovenverdieping heeft 2 persoons slaapkamer, badkamer en toilet. In de beneden verdieping staat een zitbank, eettafel met 4 stoelen, enkele fauteuils, een klein tafeltje, servicekast, keukentje met twee electrische platen en Combi Grill/Magnetron. De buitendeur is op de woonkamer verdieping, daar is ook een klein balkon met 2 stoelen. Verder is er een berghok met wasmachine. Die hebben wij niet gebruikt. Ondank een aantal gebreken aan de woning hebben wij er een prima week doorgebracht. Die gebreken zijn volgens ons: 1. ventilator in keuken werkte niet, Tijdens braden van vlees ging het brandalarm enkele malen af. Lastig om uit te zetten, want er was geen losse trap te vinden om bij het alarm onder het plafond te komen. 2. de twee electrische kookplaten staan scheef. Aan de lage kant van een braadpan staat 1 cm vet, de hoge kant staat nog droog. 3. Onder de koffiezet machine was het nat. Mijn partner heeft dat enkele malen drooggemaakt. Haar verklaring is dat er een lek zit. Dit heb ik ook aan de eigenaar gecommuniceerd. Hij heeft hierop aanvankelijk niet gereageerd. 4. tijdens wester storm op of rond 7 juni 2019 werd de onderkant van de balkondeur naar binnen geblazen. Wij hebben de eigenaar terstond ingelicht. Hij ging er pas op in tijdens onze vertrekdag op 11 juni. Het slot aan de onderzijde van de balkondeur bleek niet in orde te zijn. 5. Een van de fauteuils, een klassiek model, is volledig onbruikbaar. Wij heb het onder de trap geplaatst omdat het ruimte in beslag nam. Onbegrijpelijk dat zoiets aan vakantiegasten wordt aangeboden. Wij hebben geen inventarislijst gezien. Voorafgaand aan sleuteloverhandiging heeft er ook geen inspectie plaats gevonden. De eigenaar vervroegde het tijdstip van sleuteloverhandiging pas de avond van onze komst, want hij had weinig tijd beschikbaar. Hierdoor moesten wij ons reisplan op het allerlaatste moment aanpassen. De eigenaar heeft enkele dagen nadat hij de sleutel terug ontvangen had zijn voornemen kenbaar gemaakt onze borgstelling aan te spreken voor schadeherstel aan zijn cabinet onder het lekkende koffiezetapparaat. Wij zijn het er niet mee eens en hebben HomeAway ingelicht. Hopelijk is inmiddels alles op orde voor volgende gasten,
