Petoskey Beachfront. Close to skiing and marina.

This is located across the street from Petoskey State Park, close to skiing, beaches, biking and golf. A quick 10 minute drive in one direction you will find Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. A quick 10 minute drive in the other direction you will find beautiful down Petoskey which includes a marina and wonderful shopping. A short drive north you will find the awesome Mackinac Bridge and ferries to Mackinac Island. Northern Michigan is known for it’s beautiful and challenging golf courses. This condo is also a perfect location for access to the Little Traverse Wheelway bike path.

This condo is part of the Lakeside Club Condominium association which is a very quiet, very well maintained complex. This waterfront condo is just steps from the beach where you can play all day in the all-sports lake. Boat mooring is available, no docks. A quiet respite that is close to everything Petoskey and Northern Michigan has to offer. The club includes tennis courts and an indoor pool with hot tub.

This three story condo has three en-suites. The master suite bedroom includes a queen bed, sitting area with full sleeper sofa and a private bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed, and also a private bath. The third bedroom suite looks out to the lake with a private deck and includes a queen bed with a private tub in the attached bathroom. The open floor plan includes a living room with full couches and ample space to relax as well as a dining area. The table seats six easily with extra chairs available. The second-floor deck overlooks the beach and includes additional seating with tables. There is also a one-car garage.

There are air mattresses in the unit for additional sleeping if necessary. All linens and bath towels are provided as well as an ironing board. There are also beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, all cutlery, glasses and stem wear. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as private WiFi. Everything is here, all you need to bring is yourself and your vacation plans.

Beautiful Petoskey weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament and felt so lucky to be staying here! The view was incredible and the condo has everything you could need - kayaks, bug spray, beach towels, games…and extra things were stocked that you’d usually have to run to the store to get. Our 14-year-old boys loved it, and my friend and I were so relaxed sitting on the deck. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, needs updating and a deep clean.

The condo is spacious and offers a beautiful view of Round Lake. The indoor community pool is also a nice feature. Unfortunately, the unit was not very clean upon our arrival. When we reached out to the owner to address the condition—providing photos of unclean areas, including soiled bed sheets—he became defensive and argumentative. It took my wife and I about an hour to clean the condo and change the sheets. Although he eventually agreed to refund the cleaning deposit, the refund was never issued. Nice condo provided it is properly cleaned.

Thank you for your recent stay and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the condo was not properly ready when you arrived. Please know that guest satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure each stay meets our standards of cleanliness and comfort. Out of goodwill and in response to your concern, we issued a full refund of the cleaning fee. However, following your departure, our cleaning and maintenance teams found significant issues that required immediate attention — including a broken smoke detector, missing garage door opener ($50), stained carpet with chewing gum etc, and damaged bedding ($100). We also found food debris throughout the unit, especially in the bedrooms, which is specifically prohibited per the documented house rules. Furthermore your failure to check out at the required time (over an hour late) left our team scrambling to make the unit ready for the next renter arriving that afternoon. Unfortunately, the cost of addressing these issues far exceeded the cleaning fee refund. We ask all guests to treat our condo with care and respect so that we can continue to provide a welcoming space for everyone.

Great Condo - Great Location

Great Condo with the lake right out the back. We kayaked, ate at the brewery down the street, we swam in the indoor pool, we went bowling and played laser tag (not far from the condo). Condo was clean and the owner was very accommodating. The place is perfect for 3 adult couples. My 3 year old granddaughter had a lot of "firsts" on this trip!

Revisiting Round Lake

We had gone on vacation on Round Lake for 12 consecutive years when our boys were 3 to 15 years old. This trip was to go down memory lanes with our boys now in mid 30's along with daughter in law and our grandson. Everyone enjoyed the condo, beach and pool once again and our outings for Ice Cream in Harbor Springs. Thanks for the condo Chris! Long Ski Weekend

The property was perfect for us. It was my wife and I, 7 y/o, 2 y/o and my mother and we had plenty of space. The property was about 10 minutes south of Nubs Nob and Highlands ski areas and about 10 minutes north of Petoskey. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans ect. and also has some basic spices in the cabinet. There is a great market right outside the development which you could walk to if you wanted. The Condo Association clubhouse had a small gym, an indoor pool and hot tub which was great. Already looking forward to going back next year.

Nice Condo

We had an overall great stay at this property. Great location, plenty of space, everything as described in the listing. We actually thought it was nicer than in the pictures. Lots of large windows for natural light. Watched the sunrise from bed over the lake. Community pool and hot tub were great. Check in process smooth and easy. We went skiing 15 min drive to Nubs Nob and 30 min drive to Boyne Mt. Loved all the snow still in Northern MI in late March! The only disappointment was that the condo was not fully cleaned when we arrived. Two bathrooms were dirty. We informed the owner and he acknowledged our communication but did not provide any resolution or explanation. This was especially surprising considering that the cleaning fee for this property is quite high - about 2x the average I've paid in several years of renting properties. A large cleaning fee for a property that was not fully clean was really odd. In context, this was a small inconvenience to do some extra cleaning when we arrived. Everything else was great and we would stay again.

The beautiful lake did not disappoint, but the owner did...

The condo itself is was nice. Kitchen was well stocked, which helps while staying for a week. The bathrooms were bearable, very outdated. Prepare yourself for using a lot of stairs, given the bathrooms are in the lower level and top level loft. The middle level is living room/kitchen area. Best part of the condo was the balcony BC of the the view of the lake, which was quite peaceful. The downsides for our stay, which left a bad taste in our mouth and the reason I’m leaving this review- The owner, Chris. One I month before our stay he let us know that the furnace-A/C was broken and wouldn’t be getting replaced until 6wks later(wks after our stay), when there’s no renters. He offered us a Full refund and not to stay there. However, that wasn’t an option given it was only a month before our stay and there was absolutely nowhere else for us to stay on our week long vacation/family reunion in that area. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place and would have to make the best of it. We had to request a discount, he gave us one night refund. Then a few weeks before our stay, he told us the garbage disposal and the Clothes Dryer had also broke. Those would also not be fixed before our stay. Not having a Clothes Dryer was a huge inconvenience for my family that week. Given that we went in the lake daily, we went through a lot of towels that we could wash, but Not dry there. The exchange in messages was not always in a timely manner. There was no checkin information sent to us leading up to our stay. My husband had to download vrbo app to find Chris’s number to call him, BC it's not on the HomeAway app(which is what we went through). Again, one more inconvenience. I could go on. Our takeaway from our message interaction with Chris was feeling as though he was condescending, not accommodating(with exception of one night refund). He didn’t take ownership for his obligation to fix these issues in a timely manner. That they were “out of his control”. Taking 2 months to replace furnace-A/C, 3 weeks for the clothes dryer, showed his inexperience in dealing with guests that are renting His condo. We wouldn't have been as bothered if he would've been a little more gracious & more empathetic to these inconvenience for our stay. One would think you would want your guests to have the the best experience in Your condo, speak highly of it, & want to stay there again. Or maybe some are just in it for the money. We would neither rent, nor refer.

So sorry you were inconvenienced Courtney. This really has been a challenging summer. My wife and I just purchased this condo last winter and everything passed inspection at that time. The dryer was replaced yesterday and the furnace/AC are being installed this week. As you requested, you didn't want a work crew replacing these appliances during your stay, and no one else would want that either. That's why I offered all of our summer renters (including you) a full refund which is an override of VRBO's standard cancellation policies. Two of them accepted, and easily found other accommodations. There are a lot of hotels and condos in this area. In fact, one of those cancellations became the brief window I needed to schedule the work; so that's good.

Family fun

This was a great place to spend with family and friends. The different sleeping levels was a great way for each family to have their own space. The main living section was cozy, yet had enough room for kids and adults to walk around. The fireplace was awesome and the TV was a nice addition. The sleeper sofa upstairs does not sleep level. If you plan on using it, it works but has some curve to it.

Relax, Recharge, making memories with dear friends!

Very comfortable condo with plenty of space for 5 women. Great view of the lake, quite, lovely neighborhood. Small problem with getting sound on the tv, but Chris was quick to respond to our phone call. Within walking distance to Petoskey State Park and a lovely beach. Close to dt with nice selection of restaurants and shopping. Relaxing getaway. Would recommend (only disappointment was pool/hot tub closed for repairs).
