The property was excelllent with fabulous views. Highly recommend and would stay here again.Lots of nice extras in the unit like lounge chairs, games, beach towels, all the kitchen necessities, etc. Having stayed in a lot of rentals having these comforts really makes a positive difference.

Our family greatly enjoyed the stay at Ken’s condo. Ken is wonderful to deal with and excellent communicator. Getting to the ocean is a bit of a walk but is worth it. Balcony views are spectacular.

Excellent property. Great location. Beautiful wrap around balcony, giving amazing views in 3 directions, including great sunsets. Ken was very responsive to any inquiries. Though we only had 2 people, condo could easily accommodate 4, lots of room. Would book South Seas again, and Ken's place would be my #1 choice.

Beautiful area with gorgeous sunsets, fine sand beach, and comfortable temps. The view from the 17th floor was magnificent. There is no public or street parking on the island, and this property does not allow even small RVs to park.

Great Family Get-Away!

We were looking for a fun family get-away for my family - husband and wife and three sons, ages 17, 20, 22. This property with it's great location fit the bill. We enjoyed the beach and the views! My oldest spent his time at the condo on the deck. Marco Island is a very nice area with great restaurants. Besides the beach we enjoyed the heated pool. We did one big excursion which was a jet skiing tour. Ken, the owner, was very attentive to my questions. We hope to be back!
