Great place to stay!

Stayed for 5 days and it was perfect. It was serene and relaxing out back poolside, and cool and spacious inside. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Bidwell Park was close for great bike rides either downtown or throughout the park, or both! Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for two weeks in July, after our Granddaughter was born! The house is very comfortable, and decorated in 1970s modern/retro! I loved it!The pool was fantastic, with a pool cleaning robot that does an excellent job! The kitchen has everything and then some more!I did a lot of cooking up food to leave the new parents! I had everything I needed to cook with!It was hot outside but the AC was fantastic and we were always comfortable!Stephanie is fast to answer and explains everything very well! A joy to rent from Thank you again Linley and Cynthia

Celebrating in Chico

This home served as the gathering point for two families in celebration of grandmas 70th birthday. It was the perfect venue providing ample room for young and old. The pool was refreshing and the neighborhood walk each evening, when it cooled down, was terrific.

Clean & Comfortable

We stayed here fir my husbands birthday. The house was very clean and had all the amenities for a good time. It was lovely to have local family visit and use the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 5. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We would love to stay here again.
