This is our second time staying here! We love staying at this house. It is a perfect location in Chico and really close to where my brother lives which is who we visit when we are in town. I’ve already booked another stay for a couple weeks from now. We will be staying here again and again!

Perfect stay in Chico! This super house suited our needs perfectly with it's convenient location, quiet lovely street and clean well-appointed house. Beautifully maintained garden and easy parking out front. Warm welcome from host and we had no issues during our stay so didn't need to be in touch but knew Scott would be responsive should we have needed anything. Will definitely re-book next time we are visiting family in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far one of the cleanest and most comfortable homes we’ve ever stayed in. It is centrally located and the host was accommodating and communicative. We highly recommend Coda Cafe and the taco truck right down the street. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Chico.

Here for a short time, perfect location

Comfortable, clean and well appointed home in a nice, centrally located neighborhood. Our host provided check in information several days in advance of check-in. The process was a non-event. We recommend the property and would stay again.
