Located in the heart of Chico, one block from beautiful Bidwell Park and a short walk to downtown, this charming, newly-renovated bungalow offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. Whether you're sipping coffee on the front porch or trying your hand at bocce ball in the backyard under the twinkle lights, this sweet, completely redone 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home provides a clean and comfortable place for you to enjoy all that Chico has to offer. Be sure to check out the legendary jukebox from Duffy's Bar in downtown Chico, given to us as a wedding present! Grab the beach chairs and head to One-Mile, the local swimming park just a couple of blocks away. Or hop on a beach cruiser bike and take a ride through tree-lined streets, just a few blocks to the heart of downtown Chico. Plenty of street parking directly in front of the house. PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER OF TRAVELERS BOX WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING TO INDICATE IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET. Additional $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied. Beautiful close to downtown, and Chico State. We were very impressed with “more than” essentials in the kitchen. We bbq-ed on the back patio 2 nights. The Jukebox was so fun to use. We would stay here again!

Beautifully maintained property, very convenient for everything. We were moving our child into Chico State dorms so didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities outside (plus it was HOT!), but the couch was perfect for the relaxation we needed! Bed was very comfortable and we just generally had a really great stay! Hope to come back at some point!

Perfect stay!!

The property was perfect!! Clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a few friends over for dinner and the backyard was the perfect spot. The kids danced to the jukebox!!We will ask to stay any time we are in Chico.

NOT too good to be true!

We spent three nights at this adorable and practical house. Everything we needed was provided, the furnishings were comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a few short blocks to the park and to town. I kinda don't want to let the secret out so that next time I'm looking for accommodations, you won't have snatched it up!

Graduation Stay

We enjoyed our four-day visit here with my parents to see my daughter graduate from Chico State. We had fun with the bocce ball, and it was a perfect location for walking downtown and to graduation. Cute house!

Summer Chico vibes

We love this little bungalow for it's location and Chico charm! The street parking on Pine St. can be a little tight so just be careful when exiting your car. This is our 4th summer staying here and we'll be back next year.

We came up to Chico to visit out daughter at Chico State and this house was just perfect for our family. Great location, clean, comfortable and a great back yard for BBQ and Bocce hang out. Close to everything, we could walk to get coffee and have breakfast. We will stay here again.

Great spot !

We loved the location we could ride to Bidwell Park and swim at 1 mile- loved having bikes for adults to use. Close to downtown for live music and restaurants. The home was clean and the backyard was perfect for kids and dogs to play.

Darling House

This was our second time staying at the Bidwell Park Bungalow, and loved it just as much as the first time. The house is so cleaned, stocked, and back yard with bocce is so fun. We will stay again!

Perfect Bungalow

We loved our stay at the Bidwell Bungalow. Super cozy and the perfect location for exploring Chico within walking distance of downtown and Bidwell park. The property was super clean and had everything we needed for a super pleasure stay. No hassle check in. We loved the bocce setup and patio area. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Chico.

Great Chico House

The house is in a great location, close to Bidwell Park and downtown. The juke box and bocci ball are fun addition to the home. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Quick trip for an alumni event

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend trip. The location is great, right by Bidwell Park! The house had everything we needed. The yard was really awesome, unfortunately it rained for much of our time there, but we hope to come back back when it's warm and would definitely stay here again.
