The space in this house was perfect for our large family. Each family group had their own little area with plenty of gathering spaces in between. The view was incredible. Great place to watch the sun rise over the ocean. The host super attentive, helpful and friendly.She went out of her way to make sure our stay was wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at this home—it was extremely well-stocked, comfortable for a large group, and perfect for gathering around the big tables for family and friends dinners. It was great having several separate seating areas. The views were incredible, and having two kitchens made our Thanksgiving cooking easy. We also loved ending our evenings at the fire pit. Highly recommend this place for any group looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway.

This a great house that is perfect for a big family! In our case, a Family Reunion - for which it is perfect! It's a duplex - or I should say, it's mirrored. So, two kitchens that back up to each other, then the house extends out from there, the same on each side. Big dining area with long tables for LOTS of people. Lots of bedrooms, too, so smaller family units get there own area.The only reason I don't give this home 5 stars is because there was confusion about amenity cards. In fact, VRBO's request to me to do a survey had this directly on that request:"Views.. Views.. Views! Sleeps 21! 8 Bedrooms plus Amenity Cards!"Amenity cards are NOT INCLUDED. And, I don't know how this can be misconstrued. "Plus Amenity Cards!" (that includes the !) means, to me, amenity cards included. If you have 20 people, and you want amenity cards for a week per person, budget for that!

Fripp Island Resort Amenity cards should be no confusion to you as you too are a Fripp Island Resort Member and resident. Amenity Cards are not a charge from VRBO but from Fripp Island Resort . How each family chooses days and quantity is by guest. Communication was transparent and clear in our 32 emails. At your request I placed the qty of amenity cards exactly as you requested for your guest. We have rented for over 12 years ..hundreds of families ..same ad..same description with communication to all . WE pride ourselves on our home is a place for families to gather ..make memories and enjoy Fripp Island. Most families rebook year after year.

Perfect house for a big group

Eight separate bedrooms, two full kitchens and extra large living areas made for a great long weekend with eight old college buddies. All were happy, and we would rent this house again.

We LOVED this stay at Fripp Island! The layout of the house was really nice for 5 families with nine kids under 8! Plenty of room to eat, sleep, hang-out. We definitely used both well-equipped kitchens. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite parts were the incredible view, deck, and small dock. Awesome place to stay!

We came to Fripp for a Family vacation and this house was perfect for us! We had 20 people and there was plenty of space for us with room to spare! The double kitchens were great for cooking with our large group! The location was on the golf course and the view was spectacular! It is a short golf cart ride to the beach.

Our extended family of 15 (ages 5-72) loved staying at this property! We all had plenty of space—the 2 kitchens and multiple living areas were amazing! The view and sunrises were an added bonus! Beds were comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the island. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views!

We stay every year at Fripp. The views of both the golf course and the ocean from this house were simply amazing! We had alligator and deer visitors that came close enough to see but far enough away to still feel safe. The house itself was very comfortable as well, and the owners were very responsive when we needed a mid-week propane refill for the barbecue. We would stay again!

Fripp Family Vacation

This property was extremely nice for our family of 20. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of sitting areas and the deck was fantastic. The kids loved the ping pong table area. The kitchens are well outfitted and nicely decorated. Most importantly, the owners provided us great service. It’s unanimous that our family wants to return!!

Family Gathering

This was our family's first group gathering in 30 years. Celebrating our Mom's 83rd birthday. The accommodations were perfect!!Plenty of room for everyone. *Beautiful setting for morning walks......*breakfast, coffee, Mimosa's on the open back deck.....*a short golf cart ride to one of the "5" pools......*back to the house to freshen up.....*nap-time, reading time, puzzle time, cocktail time........
Fripp Island is a Deer Sanctuary -PLEASE don't disturb/feed the the deer.

Great place for the whole family

We had a week here in mid June. The house was great for a large family gathering. The views are awesome. Watched the sunrise from the deck most mornings. Plenty of space for the kids to play too. Our adult kids love to cook and the 2 kitchens worked out well. Had everything we needed Next family get together we will definitely consider coming here again.
