This apartment is fully equipped and offers quality services (TV, wifi).

You will find all the comfort you want in a cozy atmosphere for a successful stay.

We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, American fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dishes).

Also a bathroom with jet shower cabin. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath sheets).

The bedroom has a 160 bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned and secure with security door, safe.

An electronic luggage scale is also available to you in order to avoid the stress of a possible invoicing of excess luggage when you return;)

You can park your vehicle in a private underground car park.

The frequent city water cuts will have no impact on your comfort because the apartment is equipped with a city water tank and a booster pump which take over in order to make these interruptions completely imperceptible.

Everything one could want, extremely well equipped apartment, and an incredible view. Shops, bakery, beach, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance, but a car highly recommended. Indoor parking, but make sure its a small car, because a big one would be impossible to turn around and get back out again! Some issues with wifi and television were rapidly and effectively dealt with. David and Leila are delightful hosts. Thank you for your welcome.

Our "home" in Guadeloupe was just as advertised. There is a spectacular view of the sea from the apartment. The small grocery store on the 1st floor had everything that we needed for the stay. It was easy to get around on the bus system.

En un mot : fantastique

La vue est en effet admirable. Les photos correspondent bien à ce que vous recevez. Seule la douche a été transformée en douche à l'italienne, ce qui ne fait que l'améliorer. Le petit-déjeuner offert et les différents produits l'ont rendu complet. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Myriam, qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. L'appartement a tout le confort et avec l'épicerie sous l'appartement vous avez immédiatement toutes les choses nécessaires. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans un tout aussi super Le Gosier et son île. Un grand, grand merci et peut-être que nous nous reverrons plus tard. Nous sommes des Belges parlant flamand et nous avons été immédiatement accueillis par tout le voisinage. La Guadeloupe nous a plus que jamais surpris de manière agréable. Patrick & Connie

Nous avons passé 10 jours parfaits dans cette appartement très bien équipé, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Très belle vue. Nous avons été accueilli sympathiquement par Sophie qui avait tout prévu du petit planteur bien frais à notre arrivée au premier petit déjeuner (très gentille attention après un long voyage).

Vue splendide et appartement super équipé

Il n’y a absolument rien à redire sur l’acceuil du propriétaire, tous les équipements de l’appartement et sa vue magnifique. Nous avons toutefois regretté le quartier de Gosier où nous avons perçu un fort sentiment d’insécurité.

Amazing location at Le Gosier

My husband and I came to Guadeloupe celebrating our babymoon. David's apartment was AMAZING!! It has the most beautiful views. We literally watched the sun rise over the ocean everyday! The space was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning (there is a grocery store right below the apartment building). There were even beach chairs and cooler that came in handy since we spent a lot of time at Casa Datcha. Everything you need is within walking distance. Checkin was seamless. David's mom Ena checked us in and was absolutely amazing. She made us feel at home immediately. I would certainly recommend this apartment. I am soooo glad we did not stay at resort. This was wayyyyyyy better!!

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 5jrs au panorama de l’îlet. Dès le départ une communication très fluide et facile avec David avant notre arrivée. Nous avons eu la chance d’être accueillis par Ena et David (venant de métropole la journée avait été longue pour nous) ils nous ont parfaitement accueilli. Très prévenants, dispo. De quoi faire notre premier petit déjeuner le lendemain, des fleurs fraîches, du punch de Ena...accueil parfait! Cet appartement est fonctionnel. Très bien agencé et surtout TRÈS propre!!! Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin durant votre séjour. Jusqu’au pèse personne! Vous restez dans un appartement, il peut donc y avoir de temps en temps une porte qui claque dans la journée mais nous qui avons le sommeil léger AUCUNE nuisance! Quel plaisir! Et un lit très confort. Petite chose à préciser également, une pompe prend le relais lors des coupures d’eau (qui peuvent être apparement fréquentes). Donc aucun soucis non plus sur ce sujet. Un séjour vraiment parfait. Et un hôte tjs dispo pour vous conseiller vous aiguiller. Allez y les yeux fermés! La vue est également à couper le souffle! Et vous êtes au centre de l’île. Et la plage de la datcha à 10min à pieds à peine. Il est par contre je pense nécessaire d’avoir un véhicule afin de pouvoir profiter de toute l’île et ses pépites. Encore un très grand merci à Ena et David pour ce séjour!!!

Emplacement idéal et studio propre et accueillant, très bien aménagé.

Très calme, l'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage des Gosiers. On recommande l'îlet, la plage y compris le soir. Petit supermarché accueillant au rez-de-chaussée et autres commerces et lieux de restauration locaux à côté. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, tout y est, du lave-linge au nécessaire de cuisine en passant par la wifi, la clim, le parking. Vue reposante (voir photos). Géographiquement c'est central pour l'accès à toute la Guadeloupe. Très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Merci pour avoir contribué à ce magnifique séjour.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce très beau studio. La vue panoramique sur l’îlet du Gosier est splendide. C'est un régal de pouvoir se réveiller avec cette vue tous les matins ... Le logement est très confortable, très bien équipé, sécurisé, rien ne manque. Parking sous terrain très appréciable. Un grand merci à Leïla et David pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ainsi qu'à Ena pour son accueil. A recommander sans aucune hésitation !

Un très bel appartement avec une vue inoubliable

Dès notre arrivée et l’accueil par Ena, c’est que du bonheur, l’appartement est très beau, la vue sur l’îlet du Gosier est à couper le souffle, et ensuite tous les jours prendre son petit déjeuner devant le lever du jour et évidemment Du soleil ☀️ c’est un vrai bonheur et le soir quand on rentre de ballades voir le coucher du soleil avec Marie Galante et Les saintes en arrière plan ,on ne s’en lasse pas Et alors le confort de l’appartement c’est merveilleux, rien ne manque, il y a même une petite glacière pour les pic- niques,et aussi des sièges de plage!! On est vraiment comme chez soi , de plus la wi-fi fonctionne très bien 😊 bien pour faire ses itinéraires, il faut aussi noter le calme on entend pas de bruit du voisinage, il y a aussi un parking sousterrain fermé et sécurisé, enfin on a tellement envie de revenir que je peux le conseiller sans modération 👍🙏

Fantastic stay

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for walking to the beach as parking is a big issue in Guadeloupe. The villas is equipped with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs and cooler. The owner is very attentive when needed and Ena (our greeter) was pleasant. We walked to the pier to take a boat over to La I'ilet of La Gosier. It is a small delightful island with a place to have lunch. We did have a car and the villa has a parking garage next to it that you get to use. We drove to Basse Terre and drove as far as we could to the volcano, if you want to go to the top you will need hiking shoes and rain gear. We heard the wind is very very strong. The marina has shopping and many restaurants. Things to know would be, most places close after lunch and do not open until 6 or 6:30. Bathrooms are hard to find and there is a big language barrier so come prepared with a french book. We did love the island for its cleanliness and friendly people and ranked it in our favorite three along with Nevis and St. Kitts and Grenada.

Nous avons été enchantés par le logement. Il est en tout point conforme à l’annonce ; la gentillesse de nos interlocuteurs en plus. La vue, le niveau de confort, la qualité de la réception wifi…., tout a déjà été dit dans les appréciations des précédents vacanciers. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement le parking en sous-sol, fermé et sécurisé ; la situation au cœur de Gosier, la gentillesse (… et le charme) d’Ena qui nous a accueilli ; les fleurs joliment présentées et qui nous ont souri toute la semaine. Wonderful setting for a relaxing get away!

The view is amazing any time of day, watching the sunrise or the storms that roll through, and all the activity on the water. The apartment is very clean and efficient. It has everything you need for your stay. Having the grocery store downstairs was very convenient as well. David was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. Just be aware that there are stairs, as it is on the 3rd floor. We are in our mid 70's and did do ok, but was a challenge if we had been out walking/sightseeing. The beach is close by. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property!

SPLENDIDE SEJOUR !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Leïla et David situé au Gosier. L'appartement est bien aménagé et tout équipé, vraiment on y trouve de tout, de la vaisselle aux produits de base pour la cuisine. De plus, il bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur le splendide îlet au sable blanc du gosier que l'on peut visiter grâce à la vedette qui assure la traversée en 5 mn moyennant 5 € l'aller/retour. Le logement est parfaitement sécurisé (porte blindée, coffre fort, volet roulant). Merci encore Monique
