No car needed, this apartment puts downtown at your doorstep, 2 blocks away from City Market and 4 blocks from River street, Savannah's bustling night-life is just minutes way.

Built in 1890 this apartment has beautiful high ceilings, large windows and historic charm that you just can't replicate. Through a private entrance on Jefferson street, walk up the stairs and into your own personal oasis in the heart of the city.
The dining room is the hub of this apartment, with plenty of space for the whole group to gather and enjoy a home cooked meal or even a quick bite you picked up from The Grey Market just a few doors down. When you aren't out enjoying all of the excellent restaurants Savannah has to offer, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals.

Through the dining room, you enter the bright and spacious Living room, beautifully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and vintage pieces. Just off the living room you will find the cheery bedroom, well appointed with a super plush king bed, sure to help you relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The updated bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite counter is just off the central dining room. This apartment also comes with those little extras that help to make your stay all the more comfortable including: Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker and FREE WiFi.

Everything was clean, couldn’t have gotten a better location right by city market. Me and my fiancé had a fantastic time during this stay. Dinner at Belford’s was great, we went out on the town one night, the bedroom was way bigger than I had expected and the bathroom was very clean and nice aswell. Once you figure out how to use the remote for the fans and lights it’s a 10/10 stay we will be back!

Great apartment. Exactly as described. Super responsive and helpful host. Great location. Easy check-in process. All amenities one could need for a vacation. AC worked beautifully (though it wasn’t that warm during our stay 1st week of June for Savannah). Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of seating for hanging out. Shower pressure was great. Came stocked with soaps and linens aplenty. 5/5 would recommend and would stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay during my trip to Savannah. It's close to affordable parking and in the center of the historical district. Just make sure to bring extra bedding if you plan on using the pull out couch to sleep on!

Needed info as to control of overhead lights/fan as well as TV. We are in our eighties so the access to the apartment up a steep staircase was difficult.

This was a spacious apartment located in the heart of downtown. It was steps from all the shops, restaurants and bars, yet away from the noise and traffic. We had a great stay and would love to return again!

The location of this apartment was ideal to see all sights. Mouse was only an issue on Saturday night but earplugs solved it. Apartment had everything I needed and could not have been better situated.

Great place-great location

Very spacious apartment albeit with a small yet adequate kitchen. It was very clean. The location couldn’t have been better! Parking garage right next door. Walk to everything in historic/ river district, including museums, parks, restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future and highly recommend it to others.

Great stay in the heart of Savannah

Overall, we had a great stay at the apartment. It is really close to everything. Expect some noise during the evening and early morning hours, especially on weekends. We did have some minor issues with the apartment, but nothing that would keep us coming back again. Thanks Nicole!

Perfect Location!

Calliope is a spacious, fully equipped for apartment living.The location is a close enough walk to everything. Plus, there is ample parking right next door in the garage with reasonable rates. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and packed with amenities. The experience was even better than expected!

Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this sweet little apartment. It was the perfect size for my significant other and I. The location was right where we wanted it and very centralized to everything with a parking garage conveniently placed right next door. It is right off of a busier street but we sleep with a fan so with the fan on, we didn’t hear hardly a thing from the streets! We only needed to reach out for one thing due to an app glitch but the property manager was extremely helpful and readily available. Certainly would stay again.

Cozy Little Haven

This little piece of heaven exceeded our expectations and overall Savannah experience. We felt like locals as we toured the town and returned to our adorable little apt located in the heart of the city. Tour trams and horse drawn carriages can be seen passing by and the nightlife is just a couple blocks away. The apt is clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Great location

So, this is an excellent property if you don’t have unrealistic expectations relative to the location. I was very happy with my stay. This is one block off of a busy street and a couple blocks off of a main tourist/drinking area. This proximity is very convenient. It also comes with the level of noise typical of tourists particularly in a bar area. So, in the evening during busy weekends, there will be a decent amount of noise through the night of people walking to their cars and being loud, then in the early morning the trash trucks coming through. The location is excellent if you are ok with this as you can easily walk to anywhere downtown. The place is larger than it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and I was very happy with my stay. Just do not book if you want a quiet evening. Though this will apply to anywhere downtown.

Great first time in Savannah!

The property was great with ample amenities provided for us (coffee, towels, etc). Good, reliable internet as I was working remotely for the week we stayed. Only real bother was the street traffic and noise from outside which is easy to hear but a small price to pay for the great old but updated charm the property has. If I was really nitpicking - the water pressure in the shower is quite low. All in all a great experience and great location for everything in Savannah with a very helpful and communicative host.

Location!!!

This is the best location! We parked the car in the garage and didn’t see it until we left. The place was very clean, have absolutely no complaints. The only thing to be aware of is that it was pretty noisy at night as it is right next to city market. I kept the tv on at night until 2 or 3 when things quieted down. That being said, it was a great stay in a beautiful city. Thank you!
