Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Guests of Miramar Beach Villas have easy access to the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico via the private beach access just a short walk away. Relax after a day at the beach with a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets, or venture out to one of the many restaurants located close by. The nearby Whale's Tail restaurant is a family favorite within walking distance. Miramar Beach offers many restaurants, local attractions, shopping malls, and sporting activities for the whole family.

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome includes: Two floors of living space with three outdoor areas to relax (Two private balconies and a back porch and a grill).

The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.

The second floor: A master bedroom with a king size bed, a twin-size bed with an additional twin size trundle bed pullout, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds are located in the hallway outside this room. A third bedroom with a queen size bed, full size bathroom with shared hallway access, and a private balcony.

Parking: Three parking passes will be issued for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to park at the property.

Absolutely NO TENTS or Canopies on the Beach

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
