A high standard and tastefully decorated apartment with all the amenities as well as 3 sunny terraces facing different directions and the amazing view to the spacious swimming pool, the garden and the mountains. The first floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and a big terrace partly glazed and facing south. Also it has 1 bedroom/living room on a roof terrace with 2 sunny terraces. Total sleeps 6. Baby cot and baby chair. Air-conditioned.

The apartment is fully equipped: TV and international TV channels, internet, blue-ray player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machines, fridge-freezer, air conditioning and also a gas barbecue on the roof terrace.

The apartment is on the 4 floor and is accessible by lift from the garden and as well as direct from the garage.

Perfect apartment, fantastic location

We spent a fantastic holiday in this lovely high standard apartment with our grandchild. We valuated apartment's spacious, safe garden where Adam liked to play and short walking distance everywhere. Living room's terrace was our favorite place to have a breakfast and spent time looking over Albir. Lovely holiday indeed, Annelie-Ellen, Brian and Adam

Great location, perfect holiday

We spent a wonderful couple-holiday with my husband, in this lovely well equipped apartment. Everything was within a short walk away so we walked to restaurants and the beach. We can warmly recommend the ZeroZero restaurant located on the beach, especially for a romantic good dinner. The staff is also nice and the atmosphere charming. We sunbathed on the upstairs terrace, gas grill we didn't need, because we ate at a different restaurant every night, I cook every day at home, so on holiday I wanted to eat in restaurants. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the living room terrace, and sometimes we visited the nearby restaurants for desayuno. My spouse also worked part of the time and he was thankful for the very fast internet! Also thanks to kind local property manager for the hints. We will surely come back! Tonia and Tony

Disappointed

The listing says that there are 3 terraces. There are not. The lower floor terrace has been enclosed in glass and become part of the living room. No outside space at all, therefore not a terrace. The distance to the beach is unrealistic at 4 minutes, it is more like 15 minutes walk. It was very hot when we arrived, so we wanted to use the outside space on the roof terrace to get some air. There was a huge parasol base, but the 3 metre parasol was missing, and no one had noticed. It was not replaced until the evening of our 3rd day. The main bedroom had a metal bed frame, which incorporated 2 very narrow mattresses, causing a dip in the middle. Probably the most uncomfortable bed we have experienced. Although the kitchen was well equipped, there were no oven tins or dishes. We had to balance food on kitchen foil to put in the oven. On arrival, we found that the TV was not working. A technician arrived the next day, and seemed to have solved the problem. At the end of the 2nd day, we could not get the TV on, so the technician was called again. He tried to explain to us, in Spanish, the process required and waiting time. However, throughout our stay, the TV “froze” on several occasions. To sort it out, we had to turn everything off and reboot. It also turned itself off on several occasions. Finally, we think, that before accepting our Rental booking, the owner should have had the courtesy to tell us that the Apartment was up for sale.

Padel, pool and pleasure

We had a perfect week in Albir. It is a great city for a family vacation. The apartment looked like the pictures, and could be well cooled with aircon throughout. The two balconies were great for sunbathing, grilling and drying wet clothes. TV with 200 channels, new kitchenequipment and washing machine made it easy to live there. The community pool was fantastic and we played padel twice a day on the padelcourt. It is a nice place with respectful people visiting and living there. Huge thanks to Olga, who helped us check in and talked us though the procedures of staying here. She also allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer on check out day and even called a taxi for us to the airport.
