Lakefront Log Cabin!

Newly purchased lakefront log cabin with 300 + ft of private lakefront and 4 acres of wooded land. Located at the end of a private family road with no through traffic and a large open parking area for play. Safe for small children.

Two bedroom log cabin with 1 and 1/2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen with a large living room that includes a working fireplace. Deck at waters edge that also includes a gas grill. The master bedroom has a half bath and the second bedroom has a full hallway bath with new walk in shower. One queen bed in the master bedroom and one double plus one twin in the second bedroom.

Newly refinished hardwood floors and comfortable furniture throughout. There is also a basement where there is a full size washer/dryer for use by renters.

Large new dock with excellent swimming from the dock including cleats to tie down boats. Also included in the rental are the use of 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board and 1 canoe.

All linens and towels are included with the rental at no additional charge. The owner will launder all linens and towels after guest departure. Normal cleaning is also included at no additional costs. Additional cleaning charges may be applied if the cottage and property are not left in reasonable condition.

As a new purchase, the cottage is currently undergoing various project improvements and additional in order to be ready for late spring rentals in 2019. Current pictures are included in this listing and new updated pictures and descriptions will be added as projects are completed.

Spring and Fall weekly rental discount is available. Spring and Fall nightly rate is $215.00 per night plus tax and refundable security deposit. The Spring and Fall weekly rate is $1,355.00 (a discount of $220.00 off the weekly Peak Season Summer Rate).

Serenity

The owner was excellent, going above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. The views were stunning and the cabin was cozy and clean with an awesome fireplace. We will definitely be returning! The people in Bridgton are so friendly!

Perfect cabin on a perfect lake.

Tom was great with information and directions. Cottage was very clean and nice. Close to town and right on the lake. Can't wait to come back.

Cottage owned by very active people who enjoy all types of outdoor activities from swimming to running, climbing and hiking. Family includes two active boys in their early to mid teens.

Why they chose this property

This is one of several properties owned within the same family. All of the family properties are accessible by a private family owned road that does not have through traffic or other cottages. Very private, quiet and safe for children. This is one of three properties of the group that is rented during the summer season while two others are occupied by family members. We attempt to provide a family setting that is accommodating to children of all ages. Large groups are not allowed nor are pets.

Spring and Fall weekly rates are discounted by $175.00 for 7 night or more stays. The weekly rate from May 28, 2020 through June 27, 2020 is $1,400.00 plus tax and refundable security deposit. The same discount for weekly rentals is also available from September 5, 2020 and October 19, 2020.

What makes this property unique

Off Season discounts are available for weekly rentals during Spring and Fall periods. The weekly rate is $1,400.00 for rentals between May 28, 2020 and June 27, 2020 as well as between September 5, 2020 and October 19, 2020. During the Spring and Fall seasons there is a 2 night minimum with a nightly rate of $225.00. During the peak summer season all rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with a 7 night minimum.
