This place is clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. It was a perfect size for our group of four. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a decent closet with hangers but no dresser or shelves. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking but does not have a lot of serving platters, bigger bowls or storage containers. You can see a bit of the ocean from the deck! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The building itself is older, but this unit itself has been updated. Happy to find non-toxic cookware, and plenty of kitchen ware for food prep and table service. This unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and had plentiful bed and bath linens. The deck seating was ample and comfortable.This is a lower unit with upstairs neighbors. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were great bonuses! To get to the beach, you walk across a gravel parking lot to the corner, cross a well-travelled road, through another parking lot to public beach access 21. At the beach in less than 5 minutes!We were there end of March....clean beach with white sand and many shells, and not overly crowded.

Great location. Clean house. My family of four had a great time. Beach right across the street was clean and quiet. Had everything we needed in the house. Management team was responsive. Close to the beach, about a block walk. Place was very clean and the ac worked great! The master bedroom isa little warnerFully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Easy check in and check out. Wish checkout was 1hr later.

Here is just a quick overview of my career along with a few of our Vacation strengths in the rental industry.
I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel in Boston. I was instantly fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I enjoyed finding new ways to improve the overall experience for the guests and in doing so, I was promoted often. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some well-known hotels and upscale boutique inns.
During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa Florida, I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply put…I was hooked. This became my new passion and career.
My wife and I had stayed in vacation rentals in the past with mixed feelings about our stays, I knew there was room for improvement in the Vacation Rental business and I was excited to get started.
My team and I have worked hard over the years and I feel our success at Carter Coastal Vacation Rentals is from having a variety of vacation property options that suits each guests needs and budget. We also have chosen to keep Carter Coastal Vacation Rental business relatively small in order to maintain a personable connection with each of our new arrivals. I, along with my team understand the importance of anticipating the guest's needs as well as treating each guest with complete respect during their vacation getaway.

Several things made me decide on this purchase. The location is perfectly located across the street of a quieter section of beach. Easy access, walk to the beach. Only 4 quaint units in this building with a beach feel. Park on site and walk to pubs, shops, local restaurants and of course the BEACH ! Large deck ...perfect for watching the sun set into the Gulf of Mexico.
Come and enjoy, completely renovated with the guest in mind.
