LA BAULE - T2 HOUSE WITH GARDEN IN RESID. SECURISEE - HEATED SWIMMING POOL.

Very pleasant little house completely restored with enclosed garden. EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY NEW.

It is located in a pretty tree-lined, flowered and secure residence 700 M from the magnificent Benoît de La Baule beach.

You will be able to benefit from its closed garden in all peace as well as from the swimming pool of the residence (open from June 1 to September 15). WIRELESS.

It is composed as follows:

- On the ground floor: Living room with television - equipped kitchen area - bathroom with walk-in shower - towel dryer. Towels and tea towels provided.

- Upstairs: A bedroom with a bed for 2 people & a chair for young children. You will also have a TV.

Adjoining the house, you will have a cellar where you can store your suitcases, windsurfers, stroller etc ...
This place is equipped with a washing machine - deckchairs - plancha etc ...

Reserved parking space in the residence 50 M from the house.

Proximity: Benoît beach at 700 M - Equestrian center - Casino of La Baule - Atlantia performance hall - Le Pouliguen, its port and its market - Mini-golf - tennis court ....

Entrances are between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Departures are at 10 a.m.

The cleaning must be done before your departure.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location décorée avec goût. L'accueil de Marie, la propriétaire, a été lui aussi très agréable. Nous avons découvert cette région que nous ne connaissions pas, notamment les côtes sauvages, baignées de soleil. Nous recommandons cette location. Marie-Claire et Gérard.
