About this property

At the foot of the city, large charming apartment: 2 terraces, private garage, WIFI

Beautiful and spacious apartment of 120m ² completely renovated in May 2018 with views of the City of Carcassonne. The city is 50 m from the house with direct access to the ramparts.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a stone house, typically Carcassonne, rue de la Gaffe, one of the oldest and smallest streets in the city. Only residents live there. You will be quiet and yet close to everything: restaurants and nice cafes in the neighboring street (rue Trivalle), grocery store, pharmacy ... and 10 minutes walk from the Bastide Saint Louis and its famous Saturday market morning.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and private toilet for total independence of the occupants. The master bedroom has its own bathroom.
All bedding is 160, new and upscale. In one of the bedrooms, two twin beds.
The large living room has a remarkable ceiling height of more than 4 meters, with a mezzanine. The stay gives on one side on a mini garden and on the other side on a covered terrace, with sight on the City of Carcassonne. You can dine in front of the illuminated ramparts! So enjoy everything and leave the car at the garage.

A parking space is reserved for you in the big garage of the house.
The linen is provided: sheets, towels and tea towels.
A common laundry room is at your disposal on the ground floor (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner).
Baby chair and cot available on request.
Pets are allowed only with my prior agreement.

END OF STAY CLEANING AT YOUR LOAD.
I reserve the right to retain 80 € on the deposit to cover any cleaning costs in the case where the accommodation would be returned in a state of cleanliness unsatisfactory.

Séjour et emplacement nickel

Dans l'ensemble c'était très bien la communication avec le gérant au top et l'emplacement aussi énorme bémol le canapé qui s'effrite c'était une horreur et avec ses chaleur meme avec des ventilateurs dans la maison c'était intenable une clim aurait été indispensable.

trés bien situé

ce logement est conforme à l attente que l'on espère , tout le confort et l'espace dans cette location sont au rendez vous . Il est idéalement placé prés de toute commodité en étant dans un petite rue privative . Une fois installé ,Carcassonne vous tant les bras.

Too hot and too little to do

Pros: Good location, wonderful spot to watch fireworks, tidy home Cons: The apartment lacks AC, and mid-July heat was awful. I can’t imagine how horrendous it must be in August. The house has no airflow, and the mosquitoes took full advantage of open windows. Don’t stay here in summer. The owner provided no basics such as salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc. Shopping is a 10 to 15 minute walk to La Bastide, which was fine except for the oppressive heat. Carcassonne and the immediate vicinity lack enough to keep you busy for more than 3 days, and it was many hours drive to interesting places that were merely 100 to 200 km distance. We should have rented a country home with a pool, and had a much more enjoyable week in Languedoc.

Reembolso incompleto sin justificación / Deposit not returned without any reason

El alojamiento es muy bueno, pero el propietario no ha hecho el reembolso completo de la fianza sin ningún tipo de justificación y ha dejado de responder a mis mensajes, por lo que si no se resuelve el problema no lo recomendaría/ Appartment is very good, but the owner has not returned the complete deposit without any reason and he has not given any response to my messages any more. So if the problem is not solved, I can't recommend it.

Appartamento affascinante

L'appartamento è delizioso, organizzato, silenzioso e perfetto per relax e vacanza. C'è perfino una stanza gioco per bambini piccoli. Si dorme magnificamente. Si colloca in una delle case storiche ai piedi del castello, vicino a bar e negozi e al ponte vecchio che collega la città medioevale a quella più recente. Box grande e comodo. Lavanderia fornitissima a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo sempre cenato sul balcone coperto con la vista sul castello, che si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dall'alloggio. Consigliato caldamente, anche per soggiorni lunghi.

très bel appartement, très bien situé!

C'est un appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût, au pied de la cité mais au calme. Très belle vue sur les remparts . Nous y serions bien restés un peu plus!!

Buena ubicación y estancia

Éramos un grupo de 4 adultos y un niño. Apartamento amplio, limpio con menaje completo y todos los electrodomésticos. Muy buena ubicación a cinco minutos andando y con vistas de la Cité. Parking cómodo y justo debajo del edificio. Por poner una pega tiene escaleras interiores que con un niño pequeño te hacen tener que estar algo pendiente.
