Prime location residence "The BEACH", 10 meters from The Lavandou's fine sandy beach, close to all amenities, the harbour and the city center, is the best accommodation to spend your holidays ! This residence features a private garden and parking, a tennis court and a petanque court.
Nice cabin studio apartment on the second floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 25 m² and a large corner terrace of 15 m² with a beautiful seaview. Entrance hall, cupboard, shower room with toilet, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80 cm). The living room opening onto the terrace has a double bed (140 cm), a TV and a kitchen area equipped with electric burners, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Air conditioning. Parking space n°36.

Un sejour fort agreable

Nous avons été tres satisfaits de cette location tres bien située avec vue sur mer et parking privé très apprécié. Studio tres propre et bien équipé. Nous avons eu la chance d avoir le soleil en mars. Le Lavandou est une ville magnifique où chaque espace est occupé par des arbustres, des arbres, de la verdure. Pas d espaces bétonnés comme dans certaines villes du littoral.

Très bel emplacement. Mais un sérieux rafraîchissement du studio à effectuer, seul les éléments de cuisine étaient neufs. Et énormément de poils de chiens à notre arrivée et plein de poussière partout...

Studio fonctionnel proche du centre ville , à 20 mètres de la plage, avec parking dans belle résidence sécurisée. Grande terrasse d' angle , bien exposée avec magnifique vue sur mer. Je recommande.
