Super gemütliches Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus war ganz hervorragend: Sehr gemütlich mit einem Mix aus Antiquitäten und modernen Möbeln geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dabei aber auch praktisch und funktional: Ein großer Esstisch mit stabilen Stühlen, bequeme Couch und Sessel, eine sehr vollständige Küchenausstattung (gute Pfannen, große Töpfe und Schüsseln, genug Geschirr und Besteck, Siebe, Zitronenpresse etc.). Viel Platz in Kühlschrank und echte Tiefkühlfächer. Oben ein neues kleines aber komfortables Bad und schöne Schlafzimmer mit genug Schrank-Stauraum.Am Garten zur Straße laufen zwar ab und zu Leute vorbei, das hat uns in dieser schönen Umgebung aber nicht gestört. Absolute Ruhe hat man auf der Innenterasse, wo es auch an kühleren Tagen oder bei Wind warm genug zum längeren Aufenthalt ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Markt, Veranstaltungsgelände, kleiner Stadtstrand sind alle in fußläufiger Entfernung (wenige hundert Meter). Ein größerer Supermarkt ist ca. 1 km entfernt, der wunderschöne Strand von Lodonnec ist auch nur 2,5 km entfernt, mit einer hervorragenden Creperie am Ende. Wir haben uns mit unserer 18 jährigen Tochter ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und die 2,5 Wochen in diesem Haus genossen. Es ist wirklich perfekt!

Une petite maison centrale fort agréable

Nous avons bien communiqué avec le propriétaire et la dame s occupant de la gérance sur place. La maison est très propre et a répondu a nos critères avec les commodités usuelles. Un couchage de qualité ( c mon critère 1er) . Dans un quartier a proximité du port et qqes mètres de la plage. Vraiment nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

Belle location au centre de Loctudy

Idéalement située, cette maison de charme nous a ravi. Elle est très bien équipée, joliment décorée, nous avons également apprécié les vélos mis à disposition. Malgré sa situation en centre bourg, l'endroit est très calme. Pas loin des plages et du port. Je recommande fortement

Echter Urlaub

Dieses Haus in Loctudy bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen (Familien-) Urlaub braucht: geräumige und schöne Schlafzimmer, ein neues Bad und ein zweites WC, ein gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr und allem was man für die Zubereitung der leckeren fangfrischen Meeresfrüchte aus dem zu Fuß erreichbaren Hafen braucht! Wir durften sogar die vorhandenen Fahrräder nutzen und haben sie als Dank wieder in Schuss gebracht 😉 die Kommunikation mit Herrn Thierry Charlot funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig- er kümmert sich hervorragend darum, dass seine Gäste zufrieden sind! Draußen gibt es genug Platz um sich auszubreiten- entweder im Garten oder auf der Terrasse- die Kinder haben auf der Seitenstraße Fußball gespielt oder konnten auf den nahe gelegenen Marktplatz ausweichen. Loctudy bietet eine sehr gute Infrastruktur ohne ein typischer touristischer Ort zu sein. Es gibt schöne Strände und viele Feste- der Markt ist fantastisch! Obwohl wir in der ersten Woche Pech mit dem Wetter hatten möchten wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und empfehlen das Haus und Loctudy uneingeschränkt weiter! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus, Sarah Mark und Familie

Excellent logement à Loctudy

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en été 2023 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Hôte très agréable. Fournit en amont le détail du logement et des équipements, ainsi que des recommandations sur les environs. La remise des clés est gérée par une entreprise de service très agréable. Localisation parfaite pour découvrir Loctudy à pied (port, plage, criée) et le pays bigouden (Glénans, Bénodet, Concarneau, phare Eckmul). Logement chaleureux et très bien équipé. Literie excellente. Jardin avec 1 parking possible + 1 cour/terrasse intérieure. Cuisine/séjour/salon spacieux. Espace nuit à l’étage (3 chambres + 1 SDB) donc parfait les enfants dorment au calme. L’hôte prête des vélos, barbecue. Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge… comme à la maison! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, encore merci, je recommande +++

Juillet 2022 en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (4 adultes et 2 ados) en juillet 2022. Maison agréable et bien située dans le petit village de Loctudy à proximité du centre ville. Village très sympa, accès au port et aux plages très facile et rapide, mais pas d’épicerie c’est dommage cela faciliterait les petites courses du quotidien. Maison bien équipée, les deux terrasses sont un vrai atout. Seul bémol le frigo est trop petit pour 6 personnes. Le propriétaire et la personne l’agence sont disponibles et agréables.

Ma réponse est plus à l'attention des futurs touristes à venir, il y a maintenant un 2ème frigo permettant de stocker tout ce qui est nécessaire pour au moins 6 personnes.

Erholung pur!!

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in wundervoller und vor allem ruhiger Lage. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Eigentümer ist wirklich sehr nett und ist bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen :-)

Gemütliches Haus in netter Lage

Das Haus hat schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, ist aber charmant gealtert. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über viele nette Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Es liegt zentral, aber ziemlich ruhig in Loctudy. Sehr viele schöne Stellen an der Küste sind gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar.

La maison est située dans un environnement urbanisé avec animations et commerces à proximité. Tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. Le prêt de vélos est pratique, ils sont en bon état. Les chambres et le séjour sont confortables. La maison est bien équipée.

Séjour parfait "comme à la maison"

Nous étions 3adultes et un bébé de 18mois. Notre séjour chez Thierry fut des plus agréables ! Maison très propre et très chaleureuse avec tout ce dont on a besoin (même plus !) literie très confortable. La localisation à Loctudy est idéale pour visiter le Finistère sud (région magnifique !!). Et pour finir Thierry est un hôte très attentionné qui a à cœur votre bien être (merci encore pour le lit parapluie. Acheté spécialement pour nous !) nous recommandons vivement son logement ! La seule déception est de ne pas vous avoir rencontré 😁 à nos prochaines vacances dans le finistère peut être ? Famille DUFAVET

Nous avons pour la 2ème année passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison ; la maison est pratique, propre, bien située pour profiter de Loctudy à pied ou en vélo (à disposition) ; c'est une maison qui a une âme et n'est pas impersonnelle comme certaines maisons louées pour les vacances ; on a l'impression de profiter de la maison d'un ami ; il y a toute la place qu'il faut et le propriétaire met tout en oeuvre pour s'assurer que toutes les conditions soient réunies pour notre confort

What makes this property unique

Very comfortable house, peaceful, and more in the heart of this small seaside town.
All local attractions can be done on foot.
Very nice walks along the seaside, and up the estuary on foot, by the Pont L'Abbé river, in a beautiful setting.
By taking a ferry (boat), you are in 10mn at Ile Tudy, small peninsula with small port pedestrian very popular.
Many cultural visits to do, with also a surf / kitesurf nearby (La Torche), the Pointe du Raz, a typical Locronan town, Concarneau and its closed city, Quimper and its old historic center.
Very nice descent of L'Odet canoe Kayak, Quimper Bénodet.
